Just went there to grab a coffee, I was in hurry, the girl over there was doing one of the her duties, AS soon as I asked her to help me, she served me without any delays with a warm welcome! I literally appreciate the staff efforts and store cleanliness. The girl was maintaining a sanitized store for us which is must in these panic hours of pandemic. As hygiene is to key to fight COVID . Thankyou guys.

dont shop here, i bought a coffee this morning and the guy behind the counter says your transaction didnt go through yesterday so i payed for that as well. i checked my bank account and could clearly see that it did go through. and when i confronted him and told him he said he would put money on my card and ended up taking another $4:00. dont shop here at all i got scammed $11 for a $1 coffee

Went in this morning to make a cup of tea. Asked the proprietor for tea bags as there were none by the coffee machine. When I asked him why he kept them behind the counter, not at the machine, I received a torrent of aggression in return. Why he felt this was necessary, I do not know. Taking the time to be courteous to your customers is so small a thing. This 7-11 could try a lot harder.

I went in there and bout and some food, and I left my phone in there. Left and walked over to the train station without realising I had left my phone and the lady ran over from 7/11 to the train station and gave me my phone. Was so lovely of her to do that. Great costumer service …

Staff in morning time doesn’t provide good service, don’t have sense to talk with customers. They compare other customers like drug addicted and treated professionals like hooligans. bad service ever seen, ready to fight with customer for tea bags. …

I had a bad experience at this 7/11 The worker man asked me to move. Instead of asking me “ could you excuse me “ or “ sorry excuse me” and he also said whilst I was stirring my hot chocolate “ stirring your hot chocolate for your life “ Really rude.

Staff are very friendly and extremely patient considering the people they deal with on a daily basis, nearly every-time i've been in here they have to confront someone trying to steal items and the way they deal with this is extremely professional.

Don’t trust this place 3rd time I’ve asked for a refund asked how long it would take and NEVER received it despite providing all documentation and bank statements they’ll literally take your money for their own stuff up lol

This is one of my favourite 7-elevens. The coffee here is great value. There is usually a spot in the 5 minute park out the front. But can be stressful if people are taking their time. The staff are very friendly.

Always treated with the biggest smile even though it must be a really hard job with all the homeless people, Gang members and drug attics at out the front. I just got a Slurpee from there and it was 11/10.

Bought a sausage roll there last Saturday and got violent food poisoning. Was I'll for 3 days. Never shopping there again. Dodgy food!!!!

It's OK. I went there for coffee..it was OK for a dollar..Staff members were cooperative at both times when I visited them.
