"Terrible service by a staff whose name begins with an 'F' alphabet"
"Now this 7-11 has been around way longer than I've been born (1978!) and lived here! Just quite recently it has changed it's interior layout because yes that's all they can do I guess"
"Hey there! The guy who worked on the night from the 28th of Feb till the 1st of March is an absolute legend! I went there wasted at 2 am in the morning and tried to get a vegan sandwich"
"Staff are polite & the only fault is they don't always have what I'm after re the"Thursday deal" but most of the time they've got a good variety-especially as it's harder to find in these stores to have a big range of vegetarian options or anywhere these days! They're open 24/7 so can't really whinge about that & the prices are better than going to maybe "Caltex" who're very expensive & less range available most of the time except for very specific products?"
"This fine thursday morning on my early morning commute, decided it was time for a brew but the bloody attendant had other plans, he left a sign saying back in 10 mins, 20 mins later i left to get to work on time, very disappointed started my day without a brew"
Terrible service by a staff whose name begins with an 'F' alphabet. My partner and I just arrived in Melbourne today for vacation, and it was our first time getting a Myki card. After we purchased the card, we tried to add the card to the pvt (Public Transport Victoria) app, and we experienced 2 issues in the process: 1) we didn't see the top up value in the app (now we understand that it could take about 24hrs or so for the data to be updated) 2) One card couldn't be registered. I still don't know why but there was somebody else's signature at the back of the card. What was so infuriating was the way the staff treated us. As this was our first time getting the Myki card, it's very normal to ask questions so that we understand how the system works. But instead of being helpful and informative by telling us that the top up value should take some time to show up in the app and that he would void the the unusable card and issue me a new card from the start, he just had to be so rude as to (1) make an annoyed face thinking that we were supposed to know the system already and, worse, (2) to ask us what we thought he "should believe more" - the topup value that appeared on his terminal or us. He must have thought that we were so cheap to lie about a top up value of $20 huh? When things are not working they way it should, we have all the right to ask about it. Apparently, this kind of customer service is unacceptable, so here's 1-star rating to you, Mr. F. I hope you get the consequence you deserve for your behavior.
Now this 7-11 has been around way longer than I've been born (1978!) and lived here! Just quite recently it has changed it's interior layout because yes that's all they can do I guess. Of course back in days past the demographic of cultural identities has change alot from the decades I've been down here (1980's local Aussies employed, 1990's Aussies/Asians employed and now those of Indian descent are now employed!) and this at all is not ripping on the demographics?!! Just pointing it out on what has changed! The current staff are all great (especially Faisal I think his name is?!) while some other staff might kinda disinterested but that's okay as it's a tough job that can be fraught with danger (especially during night shifts!) and these guys get paid below crummy wages! Faisal is a very nice and cordial guy , so help him and his crew and buy something to support these guys! And I do and I'd rather support my old 7-11 store then support any of the so called gentrified coffee shops!!!
Hey there! The guy who worked on the night from the 28th of Feb till the 1st of March is an absolute legend! I went there wasted at 2 am in the morning and tried to get a vegan sandwich. Nothing was there. When he saw me he asked what I am after and I told him that I’m after a vegan sandwich. He the checked the stock of his store online for me and after he served the customer that were currently in the store he went to the back and got me my vegan sandwich out of the stock room. Thank you so much for that! I really appreciate it! You are a legend! I love you! And you really deserve a pay rise!! ❤️❤️❤️

What can I say? This 711 is my local, come here for coffee and food often while I am working. Faisal, the bloke who works here during the day, is a legend, he always has a story to tell.
Was asked repeatedly "Is there anything else" and "please show me your bag" like I was stealing. Been going to 711s for years and not once was I asked this.
It is 24*7 but when the store exicutive cleaning the store he closes the store and said it is closed whereas it is 24*7
Went to the shop, and the server wouldn't let anybody in, because he wanted to mop the floor. Great service …
Cheap coffee in a convenient location. Average selection of stuff, but good coffee as usual.
Get whatever basic essentials you're looking for here. Staff is extremely friendly
I am in a wheelchair, and the staff are always very helpful.
