I had the worst experience as a customer I have ever had at this 7-eleven/Exxon gas station. First, the cashier would not sell alcohol to myself or my husband who are both 27 because one friend in our group didn’t have her ID. This was understandable (to an extent), so we went to the air b n b that we were staying at across the street so our friend could get her ID. Upon returning and attempting to purchase a few beers to enjoy at the hotel, the cashier told my husband that she would not sell him alcohol because he was intoxicated. He clearly had no signs of being intoxicated and had only had a few drinks that day. She mentioned none of this when we were there ten minutes prior, telling us that we could purchase the alcohol if our friend got her ID. My husband respectfully asked why she felt this way, and this turned into both cashiers talking to my husband disrespectfully and acting like he was belligerent when he was simply trying to understand why they were refusing to serve him. This was completely baffling and inappropriate. Meanwhile, the gas station parking lot looked like the film set of sons of anarchy, and the employees had no issue with this. They had no ground to stand on and kept telling us that they have the right to refuse us if they feel necessary. Needless to say, we will definitely not be returning here.

This is by far probably one of the worst gas stations I've ever been to. Usually always have a single, long line because only one rude employee is too busy talking with the other rude employees not willing to actually work. Employees constantly going back and forth with customers that are (typically) justified in being upset. Always too busy gossiping and "mf'ing this" and "mf'ing that" with each other instead of giving you your total at checkout or even a "hello" or "thank you" to customers. Only reason I ever go here is because its the only downtown gas station on my way to work. I would go literally anywhere else if there was another option for me personally. (This review doesn't apply to the group of cooks in the restaurant there. They actually always seem a lot nicer and better people than the gas station clerks.)

So I have been coming to this location for about a month now I come in buy something then sit in the first chair on the front to wait 20 minutes for my ride to work .the first week was fine but over the course of the month the employees and the truck delivery guy have been slowly blocking off all the seats in the morning .it culminated this morning when I walked in and the driver and manager had put all the boxes up against the seats and we're sitting in the first two seats .I would like to think that it was coincidence but sadly it's just way to obvious .these ppl are purposely doing this and I really don't know why I have been courteous and polite the whole time

I know the working classes are going through a lots of things right now but someone should tell them that most of the customers for this store are working classes as well.

Very rude. Bathrooms are Disgusting . They had an item buy one get the second item for a dollar the tag was directly above this item and they refused to honor the price which is false advertising and they will be reported. They said it was for a different item. And then I asked why is the tag directly above this item and the item that they’re talking about was nowhere near this area. So someone needs to do a better job at managing the store if they’re going to post the wrong tags on the wrong item, so since they made a mistake, they should honor their mistake which they refused to.

The dirtiest bathroom and the rudest staff. The black lady with the tattoo on her face was one of the rudest employees I've ever met. Rolling her eyes with every question. (We're from out of town.) Shaking her head because she was annoyed. Saying she was sick of people. Just disgusting actually that she would be in customer service and treating people so poorly. She needs to find a new job it seems like... I'll make sure to never stop here again. The parking lot is full of homeless peeps too asking for money.

Had a disturbing experience at this store. Contacted 7-11 corporate office about it and at first, there was no response given for a very long time even though i had contacted them multiple times and had left my contact info. It took a very long time to receive a response. When the response finally came, it was a very short terse email saying that they would correct the issue. There was no real apology given and no restitution was made. In short, their response was very unsatisfactory.

Worst 7 eleven on the planet. The way they speak to costumers is absolutely disgusting. I’ve had to go as far as calling the cops on the employees. Literally the most absurd, inappropriate experience at a 7 eleven or any establishment for that matter. The overweight tall lady with short hair and glasses should be fired. Do not understand how any of them have a costumer facing job.

It is terrible service, I just ask the cashier to pay for it several times she did not answer me. Then she tried to fight me then they asked me to go out for no reason it is very unprofessional I recommend everyone not use this gas station they all act like gangsters. They are very racist. If you’re not African-American, I recommend you not to go there they will kick you out.

Extremely poor customer service morning of 1/7/18. Employee got upset that I walked up to counter buying to monsters. She had to tell who she was on her cell phone with to hold on then rudely slammed my cans down in the bagged and mouthed Thank you before picking her cell phone back up and walking off with my bag on her side of the counter.

PLEASE DO SOMETHING about this store. It is on the most popular street in Nashville. If I spend $50 on gas and another $20 in the store I expect to be able to use the facilities. I get there are homeless people but to that's what your security is for. Please do something this store is no what tourist expect when they spend nearly $100.

Had to stop. 5 year old needed bathroom. Went ahead and got gas. Asked cashier for key to restroom. Said someone must be in, can wait. This us a 5 year old needed to use bathroom. Security comes out of the bathroom, locks the door. Tells us that employee bathroom. Customers bathroom is out of order. We can go down road.

I had to wait on Mary to come from outside when she had a line of people and a new person on the register who apparently didn't know how to do refunds. Then they ghetto friends blocking the door ways from customers trying to get in out first n last time

Terrible customer service and an overall a horrible experience. Cashiers are rude and unfriendly, especially the lady at the front with the long dark hair (and AirPods in). Card readers didn’t work and thankfully happened to have cash. Never will return to this location, spend your money anywhere else!

Rudest attendants I've ever experienced on a regular basis. Its not just one time, it's EVERY TIME I go in this store these people have a smirk and an attitude to go with it. I've dealt with it for a while for convenience sake but that ended today. Hate coming to this place.

People are not very friendly. It's on Broadway lots of construction. Lots of homeless everywhere. Police sit there. Due to construction. Gas is the highest there. 3.69. Kind of steep

Showed up at 2:30 on a Monday night and the guy in the store had the doors locked. Several people came and tried to get in. This place is definitely not 24 hours.
