I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE NEGATIVE STARS. THIS PLACE RIPS PEOPLE OFF. ALLOW ME TO TELL YOU WHAT HAPPENED.. I WORK AT KAISER PERMENANTE. THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE ASIDE FROM THE STARBUCKS IN THE SAFEWAY 2 BLOCKS AWAY THAT HAS ICE. I WALKED INTO THE STORE WITH MY OWN BIG GULP CUP, EXCHANGED PLEANSANTRIES WITH THE CASHIER WHO GREETED ME WITH "BROTHA", YOU KNOW, CAUSE I'M BLACK. I SHOWED HIM MY EMPTY CUP AND LET HIM KNOW I ONLY NEEDED ICE. I GO TO THE COUNTER AND PAY FOR MY WATERMELON ARIZONA & NOTICED THAT HE CHARGED ME $1.08 FOR ICE. I PROCEEDED TO ASK HIM WHY, IF I BROUGHT IN MY OWN BIG GULP CUP, WAS HE CHARGING ME FOR ICE? HE THEN GAVE ME A MEAN LOOK & REMOVED THE CHARGES. ONE THING I'VE LEARNED SINCE I'VE BEEN WORKING OVER HERE IS THAT IF YOU'RE NOT CAREFUL, THEY WILL OVER CHARGE YOU FOR THE SIMPLEST THINGS. IT IS TO MY UNDERSTANDING THAT ICE IS FREE IF I HAVE MY OWN CUP. IN TACOMA, AT THE VERY LEAST, I PAID 25 CENTS FOR A BIG GULP CUP FILLED WITH ICE. I UNDERSTAND THAT THESE ARE OWNED BY INDIVIDUAL FRANCHISEES, HOWEVER IT DOES NOT GIVE THEM THE RIGHT TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE. I FEEL THAT IT IS BAD BUSINESS. HE ALSO TRIED TO OVER CHARGE THE PERSON NEXT TO ME & NOT HONOR THE STORE SALE. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND IRRITATATED. I WILL TAKE THIS UP WITH WHOMEVER IS IN CHARGE. THESE FRANCHISES SHOULD BE HELD TO A HIGHER, FINANCIAL AND MORAL STANDARD.

I am going to I will if I could I would give this a negative star. I always shop at 7-Eleven and I never heard anything to where they say that electronics do not get refunds. They have no signs the cashiers do not are not properly trained correctly, they have to call their boss in order to know if they have to give the refund or not. I received a damaged product which I did, and had no clue that it was damaged until I went into the store, when I texted it last night, it said PC the guy did not give me any receipt he threw it away. These people are always on their phone. If I have to call corporate I will because this is the worst 7-Eleven that I have been to and I will never return. I learn my lesson to shop here and buy electronics from this place Because you have homeless people coming in trying to steal a stash and I received a product that it look like it’s been cut cut in trying to cut open to steel. No I had no clue that this was stolen or this was damaged until the cashier took a picture of it and said and blamed me and said that I damaged the product , I’m a well-known person in the community. I have two full-time jobs and I don’t have time to sit here and try to lie and say I did this in and I did that this is a lesson learned that I will never shot at this store again.

Would give this 711 zero stars if i could. To sum it up, all these reviews are 1000% spot on. My friend said one of the employees actually groped her. An audit of these guys is way overdue. And the automated responses on here are absolutely ridiculous & accomplish nothing. Needless to say, I have a handful of reports I'll be making. ****EDIT*** So for anybody confused as to why 711 support isn't doing anything about this. Turns out, 711 has franchises, maybe this is common knowledge but to me it was not. I looked it up and yep, this location is a franchise. I'm assuming the guy always complaining is the owner but might be worth confirming. Also might be worth looking into how much 711 corporate is involved with it's franchises and how much of their own standards they can require of them. In the mean time, best bet is to tip off the food and safety department, tell them to make visits both day and night but especially night. *****GOOD NEWS*** the 711 on 1522 e Madison st, bout 2 blocks from this dumpster fire store, has been open 24/7 for the most part in recent months. Nice employees too, not really as many sketchy folks hanging out outside. So if anything, take your money there.

They rip you off here.. badly. They figure you want what they have you'll pay. Unfortunately at 2 am they are correct. For example. It's 2 am I buy gloves. 5.99 A lighter 2.99 He tells me 17.99 I go.. No... You messed up.. He then tries to tell me the gloves are 15.99. I go no. He erases my order takes my 20 hands me a 10 and says gloves 6 lighter 4 your good. And waves me away. I try to protest but he's already ignoring me. Several hours later I realize a family member grabbed my new gloves so I go back to get another pair.. this guy charges me 5.99 then 6.20 for the same pair. I tell him he is charging me twice... He tells me no... Thats tax. I'm no no it's not they are 5.99 I just got a pair last night... He erases my order and then charges me 7.99 plus tax. I'm usually very polite. But I actually stopped and said you know what, you guys already stole from me last night. N now you do it again because it's all about the money for you isn't it. You make me sick. N I walked out the door.

Don’t doordash from these guys. Every time I order something from them, they purposely give me the incorrect item. Either that, or they force the doordasher to take an item that is not the one I want. Either that, or they give the doordasher the order with the wrong name. Regardless, I’m always stuck on the phone with doordash support to get a refund. This has happened at least 10 times out of the 30 I’ve ordered from them. Today was the last straw.

Came here around 10pm, some worker denied me to buy a lousy lighter because he assumed my I.D was fake since i'm from New Jersey which I thought was pretty hilarious because of how uneducated these workers are. He didn't even know where to check the birthdate. Time to wake up buddy you work at a city filled with tourists. Please train your staff how to properly check I.Ds or also maybe using a scanner which most stores should have.

This 7-11 does its job- well stocked, bare essentials are here, etc. But there is a real problem with the clientele here. Tents are around back, drug use is blatant in the front parking lot, customers get accosted, yelled at, and assaulted in front of the store. I feel bad for the owners-you can't help it, the city won't stop it. Hang in there guys. Not street smart to use the ATM here ...

  • Trixxy W (Trix/Valdice)

The morning guy doesn't do half of his job and is usually on the phone, even when a/several customers are in the store. Not only is this incredibly frustrating, but it is also insulting that I have to worry about if he's correctly entering items on the register. These businesses could just be taking our money without consequence because who's going to believe a homeless queer?

  • Gabe Herbertson

Gross store even after an "upgrade". It looks worse than a backward nightmare, or upside-down move in real life (when was the last time the floors were mopped, last year?). Extremely rude night staff and the parking lot looks like a murder scene. This is not a safe spot after dark, in these times, and expect no safety or cleanliness!

  • Tyler Konarik

The cashier/owner of the store was extremely rude and instructed me several times to “hurry up and leave” because he was closing, even though this location is listed as open 24hrs. This is not the first time I’ve tried to go here and it was randomly closed. Would not recommend; put your dollars elsewhere.

  • Raymond

Horrible. Chicken tenders- hard as rocks. Hot dog buns, all shriveled and hard. Fountain drinks —that was a gamble! Hit Diet Coke, blue comes out. Hit Coke, get zero sugar… slurpees—-$4!!!! That’s insane. Everything looked good and stacked up for lunch but it was all incredibly disappointing.

  • Night life Guide

Worker is inside, chilling, but thet closed because “stuff shortage”. I mean ether open or close, don’t play. I drove 2 miles to buy stuff for my night shift but i cant! This is not ok! Basically they open and close whenever they want!

  • T A

Last night around 1:45am I tried to bye some stuff but there is 2 guys smoking cigarettes one of them was work there and they said wait 5 minutes until we finish smoke so choose the different store.

  • F S

Stopped going because the man kept giving me excuses as to why he couldn't make me a pizza. Was nice that it was so close to home. A sign for what hours your $5.55 pizza is available would be nice.

  • robert meano

Middle of the night staff, awful just rotten personalities.i was told no sales because I was gonna buy homeless guy coffee. The beeping register beep beep beep beep trying to iritate customers

  • WES Harman

The boys who work here overnight are great. They keep the coffee fresh and hot into the wee hours. There are often panhandlers outside this store but that's the neighborhood for you.

  • Marcia “Camo” Weber

Extremely extremely rude clerks just dropped almost $50 in there and I was smarted off to I guess that's what happens when a bunch of Middle easterns come over do not shop here

  • Johnny Blaze

Don’t go there, they lie, they said 24/7 but it really isn’t!!!!!! They don’t deliver your orders either!!!! STAY AT HOME!!!!!! NOT 24/7!!!!!!!!!!!! FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!!!!!

  • Elizabeth Watts

Zero stars. Will overage charge and give back incorrect change without a care in the world. Also, slow. Go to any other corner store/7-11, do they have bodegas in Seattle?

  • Lynn

How could you fairly review this train wreck of a store.Got accosted for cash beer or a cigarette by a homeless man in and out of the store.I left and went elsewhere

  • clyde mcbean

Tried to buy scratch tickets and got told they don't sell them at night and it's wasn't even 9:30pm like what the heck kinda business doesn't sell them before 10pm

  • George Bullard

Used the pandemic as an excuse to close for 6 hours during the night for “cleaning”. Ridiculous. Already contacted corporate and let them know.

  • Long Beach
