The guy working at the cashier at 11:30pm was super rude, he really couldn’t wait one moment for me to pull up my rewards, that he said I was taking too long and wasting his time and took the food that me and my friend were trying to get cause we were hungry. Like what do you have to do that’s sooooo important that you can’t serve the customer? I didn’t pick out all that food for no reason, I was trying to pay for it, sorry I wasn’t paying fast enough for you to help out the other zero customers in the store. This 7/11 is whack

7-11 day means free slurpee! They have the little cups for the free slurpee stocked. The hotdog condiments station was sort of stocked and they have some hot food ready. I would have gotten a hot dog but I've just eaten in Chinatown. I did noticed they have 7-11 branded snacks here. I had to try their Funyuns knock-off chips. Even the package was the same color as the original. The only drawback was the sticky floors. It was kinda gross.

Came here to buy a pack of cigarettes with a friend who the cashier thought was homeless, but is not. He humiliatingly harassed my friend in front of other customers because he thought he was funny. It wasn't. Whoever owns this location should be ashamed for running a business that tolerates this type of activity. I will never spend another dine here. If you live in the neighborhood - avoid.

Guy working there was really unpleasant. had this wierd look on his face the whole time me n my gf were in the store came to the counter m he still had this very unfriendly demeonor, I couldn't help but ask him if he liked his job or not, in which he didn't reply, simply shook his head sideways like he didn't like it nor did he like it

Today, I went there 7-11 15th to find snack and ice cream to eat. Since I get there this guy in the picture alway on phone while working. He came to me and look at my gym bag and ask me what is in my bag. So route and look down me, especially I am loyal customer and member for 7 - 11 for 8 years.Decide to leave and buy other places.

Very bad service. I went to this place many times I had 3 bad experiences. I called the 7 eleven customer service they contact me with the manager that don’t do anything about it. last time that I was there they coughed on my food I had Throw away my food. They don’t wear masks.

I visit this location frequently. It's a great spot to pop into and grab something super quick, and is less expensive than Walgreens down the street for most things. The workers aren't the most customer service oriented, but they are still generally good natured.

I thought this store is 24/7 … it’s not…3:18 in the morning Friday the door is locked, the clerk walking in the store ignored me… wth… please change your timing on goggle maps you are wasting my fin time …

There's a sign "24/7 fresh coffee or is free" the coffee was cold and the container open. The attendant refused to make fresh coffee at that moment

They claim to be open 24 hours but the doors are always locked between 1 AM and 4 AM. 7-ELEVEN has gone downhill in general.

They turning to a business that closes at 12:00 a.m. and are no longer servicing people that wish to get late night items.

Garbage experience and service - no bathroom.

Always convenient.
