Store management & employees are excellent, helpful and friendly. Upper Management/Ownership needs to assist and protect them in their work with upgraded security protocol, training and coordination with local community & business groups. Management just lets their employees and community lay out there and fend for themselves rather than being proactive to be good corporate citizens. This leads urban communities to continue to believe that 7-11 is part of the problem in promoting public safety and neighborhood quality. Management(s) of our local two stores welcome to contact CHAMPS the local Chamber on how they can help work with other businesses on the Capitol Hill Neighborhood. Do these comments really make any difference?

Be careful with the cashier named Desta. She tried to charged me for an iced coffee that I did not buy. Luckiky I took a glance at the screen and caught it. Then she tried to say "no no the iced coffee was free" (??). The coworker came over and said yeah there was an extra iced coffee on my purchase and refunded me. I wouldn't write a review like this if she said sorry, that she did it by mistake. But no, I caught her right there and she still tried to denied it...

7-11 stores in the area, and particularly this one, should be deemed a nuisance and shut down. There have been multiple instances of violence in front of, and immediately next to this store, including a murder. Nothing good happens at a 7-11 in this urban area.

NOT 24-HOURS So... You decided to look at the reviews for this 7-11. They could update the hours to reflect that they are closed in the middle of the night. If wondering, try a different store before going to this one.

Normally it’s fine but for some reason 2 7-11 at the same time we’re closed when it’s 24 hours and this has happened before. But how the hell are the both closed at the same time!! This is ridiculous!

This is the third store listed as 24 hours that when you arrive is locked and unoccupied. Though it is the first to have a note saying they close at midnight.

The only 7-Eleven I've ever known to be randomly closed, all the time. You never know when it's going to be. Tired of commuting to it, waste of my life.

Walked six blocks in the cold at 2 a.m. because 7-11 advertises this location as open 24 hours. It is not. This is extremely displeasing.

Don't waste your time with this place or any of the other 7-Eleven in this area. They all say they are open 24 hrs but they are not.

They need to do better. How do you sell out of decafe coffee when it is a 24 hour 711.... laziness .... Take money else where...

Great. The store was closed during early hours without explanation or notice, but that issue seems resolved.
