I would strongly advise anyone NEVER to use the car wash here, ever! I have just come home pretty furious as I called in to this service station and purchased a $12 car wash and when I went into the car wash, there were two other people in front of me. The person in front of me entered their code once the car in front of them had finished, however I entered my code just after the person in front had pulled into it, assuming it would work, but it didn't. I just sat in the car wash for about a minute and it didn't do anything, despite the fact that the machine accepted the code when I initially entered it. I reversed back out to the machine (as there was nobody waiting behind me) and tried several times to re-enter the code, and it declined. I ended up going back into the shop and explaining to this Asian lady who was manning the checkout that I couldn't get the car wash to work, and she was exceptionally rude and unhelpful, saying, "Everyone else in front of you got it to work, there's nothing wrong with it!" I then asked for a refund, and she refused. I then went back to the car wash and tried one more time to try and activate it, and it still declined. So that's TWELVE DOLLARS of my finances wasted! ...and why the heck would a car wash machine allow you enter your code into it when someone else is using it, only for it to subsequently not work? I had already been to that particular 7 Eleven several times in the past, but now there is absolutely no way in the world I'm ever going back there again.

Disgraceful. The employee working 16/01/23 Made a huge mistake by incorrectly charging us for the fuel that we had gotten. the employee undercharged us for the fuel, we weren't aware of this as we didn't take notice. We then received a message from the QLD police stating that we stole fuel, and could face potential prosecution. This was absolutely disgraceful, for the sheer fact that we did not in any way intend to steal fuel, rather the employee made a big mistake, then proceeds to submit a police report on this. The unpaid fuel has since been paid for, however I would suggest without a second thought terminating that employee for their idiocy. If you're going to use that method as a directive to rectify EMPLOYEE errors, you should ensure you have employees who pay attention to their job and don't make mistakes like this. This is not simply a human error when you're dealing with indictable offences and accusing someone of them.

There was an event called five dollars for two doughnuts. I checked with the clerk what kind of doughnut fits this price. She confirmed that the kind of doughnut I brought was right. But she charged me more than six dollars. I asked why the price is different. She responded differently to what she said earlier that the things I brought do not apply to the event. I asked to change it to an event doughnut. She looked at me with scary eyes and got angry that the doughnut I picked up was already scarred. And ordered me to return the doughnuts myself. I was in a bad mood. I said I wouldn't pay for anything today. She kept making me the one who ruined the doughnut. And he kept glaring. Learn how to communicate with people first instead of doing business that only thinks about you.

your staff name - RAMAN ... used abusive language and very disrespectfully served me even when she was not able to understand her responsibilities fully... cherry on top her manager sisi without listening started shouting me on phone because she just knew what was told by RAMAN which was fully false... WORST WORST WORST EVER.... shame on you RAMAN....

Paid $16 for a car was, it was still dirty even more dirtier and made my windows more dirty. I could wiped of the dust with my hands afterwards. What a waste of money, all those fancy purple stuff you pray on the vehicles do absolutely nothing. Had to clean my windows with a glass cleaner afterwards to get rid of all the white water spots.

The extremely friendly manager of the servo helped me out to a huge extent when I realised I left my wallet at home and couldn't pay for my motorcycle petrol. Everything got sorted due to the understanding and generous nature of the boss here. Absolute legend, and made a bad situation into a good memory

Went to 7 eleven very incompetent because I paid for my gas same day got pulled up by cops because apparently I did not pay for petrol lucky I used my card and showed them and went to the police station it's now sorted 7 eleven needs to train their staff properly just super annoyed

These people are terrible. Everytime I come in I have to wait several minutes for them to stop sticking shelves. They always do it at peak hour with no regard to anyone getting to work etc. Its my local Servo but I just drive past now not worth the hassle atalll

Nice customer service, store is always tidy and clean, fully stocked. Car wash is the best value in the town, five stars!! Manger sisi help me with payment issue once I forgot my wallet, staff there is always friendly and helpful! Always be my first choice 711!

This franchise needs a new management to turn their service standards around. The counter service needs better attention and the toilets’ hygiene standards needs alot of work. A let-down to the rest of the fantastic 7-11 network of fuel and convenience stops

The gas shop provides good fuel, but the service could improve. There were times I had to wait a few minutes for a staff member to show up so I could pay for fuel. It'd be great if they ensured there's always someone available for quicker service.

Rude workers. No one was in the consol. One girl who did some filling, she ignore me. I Asked her to serve me. She just told “I cant”. Then manager or some other lady came out. Same just ignore me. Needs more training how to do customer service.

I saw a Driver pull in to this service station with a patient to use the bathroom as she was elderly and just got out of hospital. They attendant refused to give her the key. Are you kidding me?? What has this world come to?

What's up with the car wash? It's been at least three months since it has been working. If the franchisee can't maintain the whole site perhaps it should be given to someone who can. Lost my business.

Very disappointed with there car wash. After paying $16 for a drive through car wash, the car wasn’t clean. The staff member tells me to scrub the car first!!
