I just went there to fill up the fuel I my car. I requested their worker like 10 times to let me use their toilet because it's urgent and I'm diebetic but he said he will loose his job if he let me use the toilet. Even I told him it's really an emergency otherwise, I won't be asking so many times but still he was keep saying he will loose his job of he allows me to use the toilet. No humanity at all :'( I hope that guy will not suffer like I suffered today :'(

Working at city and start my day from this shop buying a coffee and a banana bread . By entering into the shop I always feeling that I m welcome there . Great customer service and always explain about their food . Coffee area always clean , lots of offer with drinks and halal food available. Space is bit smaller but at the city it is very conveniently located. Recommend others to visit this shop. Thanks

Yes, it is a very small store but if you're here just to fill up your tank - that's all you need. But I often walk here to get myself a $1 coffee. The staff are often friendly, humble and willing to help. Obviously they are trained to up sell confectionary at the checkout but all you need to do is politely refuse and that's the end of that.

I dreaded to visit this gas station after reading horrible reviews but to my surprise two staff were efficient, polite and friendly despite a long line inside the tiny store when I visited around 1pm on Tuesday. I used for the first time 7 eleven’s fuel app and received a free donut offer without any issues.

The manager is among the most generous I have met across the 7-Eleven stores, which is saying something as I almost exclusively stop at them wherever I go. He bends over backwards for people in need, greets customers with a cheerful smile and remains humble throughout. I highly recommend his store.

Extremely unprofessional staff, often rude. When 7 eleven app didn't work properly, instead of trying to solve the problem, staff member started to abuse customer. Petrol is often more expensive than in another service stations. Only visit that station if you have low price locked in 7 eleven app.

Understocked, understaffed, disgraceful customer service, slurpee and opal machine always out of order. Does not provide the bare minimum required of it, and unfortunately doesn't come close to the benchmark set by the majority of 7/11 stores.

The worse 7 11 in the southern hemisphere. The place is a trash, so many trip hazards in the place. Shelves never arranged or tidy. The coffee machine stinks, the hot food is never stacked up when low. Will not return.

Always helpful and friendly staff. It's clean and very conveniently located right on Oxford Street on the Paddington/Darlinghurst boarder. Best of all being a 7/11 ... There's a full range of slurpes available.

No bathroom. Then I bought a krispy creme donut instead. When I asked for the receipt after the payment, the staff was asking me “ are you sure you want the receipt?” Very unprofessional service.

I like having coffee with carrot cake here . Coffee is hot, rich in flavor and affordable- only $1.5 if you have an app. The shop assistants are friendly and helpful.

It is foremost a petrol station with air for tyres, which is very useful when they need to be checked, great prices for fuel most of the time

Coffee machine always working; slurpees always ripe and it smells fresh as hell. One of the best 7/11s I've been to! Almost Japan level

Had quite a lot of issues where pumps are inoperable but not signed as such, EFT systems down and generally below average service.

7eleven!!! Yeah! Guava Slurpee? That slurpee gave me life though. Guava! Flavour good. Face not good. I took a risk. Worth it.

Staff are very friendly and hardworking at this store. I do security nearby and get coffee and snacks all the time.
