At 2:57am, I pulled in to purchase a coffee. The sign ahead of me read 15 minutes parking maximum. I then waited at the door while the employee was out back stacking drinks. After at least five minutes wait I returned to my vehicle to wait. Another 13+ minutes past. Before the three people still waiting at the door were let in. One of which, an old blonde tramp, went ballistic at the employee. Anyhow, I've heard from an employee in Chatswood that the boss said they have no imperative to actually serve customers during the night and that the main job is replenishment. This, if true, is somewhat understandable. If so, the simple solution, so that customers are less frustrated, would be to have a simple concise sign regarding this. If I'm of no value at night, why bother spending my money there during the day when I can get things elsewhere.

Visiting this servo was one of the overwhelmingly positive experiences in my short lived life. Seldom have I seen a convince store so immaculate and well maintained. The fine, very well put together gentlemen manning the store was an incrediblg polite, chivalrous young bloke named Haider, who held my needs to the highest of regards and provided me with a customer service experience like no other. I highly encourage using this servo, if you are around the Enmore area and saying Hi to Haider. Keep up the great work, you will go a very long way in life!

If you're looking for service with a smile, then you needn't look further than this 7-Eleven. They have an impeccable range of snacks available at all hours. From Krispy-Kremes, to chocolate bars, to healthier fare like jumbo sausage rolls, this store really does have everything. The staff are helpful, attentive, and engaged. I would feel comfortable opening up to them about anything. Plus there's all kinds of deals, coupons and specials - which makes shopping here almost feel like a game. It's often the highlight of my day.

These guys constantly short change everytime iv been here. Word of advice to anyone, Never pay with cash . I recently had 50 dollars with a 5.30 dollar purchase and only gave me 20 dollars and 4.30 cents. I realized as I left and when I turned back they said I lost it within 30 seconds of leaving... they were also patronizing and rude when I confronted them about my missing money. (This isnt the first time this has happend)

Walked into the store today at 255 and a customer had dropped a slurped cup on the floor and thrown it out, the cashier on shift had a go at the customer for throwing out something that fell on the floor and continued to argue. A product touched the ground and the cashier wanted it out of the bin that the customer put it in and back onto the cup holder rack. Jesus. I wish I got his name to shame.

Man behind the counter forced my kid to do a 10 star review on the customer feedback machine on the counter. If the only ten star review this guy can can get is from intimidating a 10 year old child, you know you’ve hit rock bottom of the badly run business barrel. Congrats

Arrived at the store at 3 am where I was greeted at the door by a sign that said closed for cleaning come back at 4am. When I enquired how a 24hour store was closed the person on duty simply said “it’s not necessary buddy”‭ and sent me away.

Was buying a 4 pack of mother for $10 and 2 travel pizzas normally $3.50 each but on top of the warmer in plain sight was the sign saying travel pizza $2 with any purchase but old mate behind the counter wouldnt let me pay the $2 dollars

Fyk this fuel station waited 20 mins without the pump getting authorised expensive fuel and staff want you to stand for 30 mins and they will authorise the pump after 30 mins

The worst. Always. Good luck getting them to open the door at night. They sit out the back on their phones doing absolutely zero work. Every time. Without fail.

It's Enmore 7-11. It's been in the news a few times over the past few decades. Not always bad. And they've been friendly to me since the March equinox of 1991.

Went to buy a sofa worth $4, staff charged me $51 and after making the claim and visiting twice to check on updates, no one helped me neither called me

Bought a soda stream canister. It was empty. Went to return it and get a new one, but was refused and was told that I was trying to shoplift from them.

No coffee lids available at the coffee machine, have to take your coffee to the register.. and no sweetener available. Store is not that neat or clean

I won't be buying fuel here again. The pumps consistently charge you for more fuel than you actually receive. Customers are being ripped off
