I usually fill up there and grab coffee and snacks. The guy that works there on weekdays is always friendly. Last weekend, before I got a chance to have a proper look, I accidentally mistook his new colleague for him (who had exactly the same hairstyle and body build), and said: “you always work so hard, do you ever get a day off?”, to which he very rudely responded TWICE, calling me back after I paid and while others waited behind me, that I need to go to the Specsavers since it wasn’t him. Pity, I will be getting my fuel and coffee across the road at Shell where staff are a lot nicer.

Always like to get a coffee here before driving up to the upper blue mountains area, 7 eleven in my opinion makes the best and cheapest $1 dollar coffee for small $2 for large and $3 for super, i also love the cupcakes with the coffee or one if their sausage rolls or meat pies aswell, it all goes well together driving to a quiet and serene destination.

They have a good party trick here! They put the discount tags for less popular items in front of popular items. Unless you read the fine print you get stung for exorbitant prices for the popular items. At least head office send vouchers as a recompense. Filthy coffee area too. If you need 24 hour options go to 7/11 Emu Plains or BP up the road!

Outrageously rude geezer on the till. I asked if I could have a second cup as the coffee was so hot. He said no. When I asked why, he said that coffee is hot. Great! Then, I left a duff review on the “How did we do today?” screen and he got really shirty. Terrible!

Bought an iphone charger, doesn’t fit an iphone? The attendant wouldn’t let me try it first, then i paid, then it didn’t fit, then the attendant waffled off in indian & I couldn’t understand a word he said, no refund?lesson learned, charger is in the bin

They closed their toilet. Their excuse: Covid precaution, per the chap on duty (Wed 10/11/20 am). So, we have to negotiate our way to McDonalds and use their facilities. You've lost our business 7-11 Blaxland. There are other pit stops.

No air to pump my tyres The signage was blown up to say it wasn’t working and I couldn’t see straight away….when I struggled to get there on flat tyre. I ask what was going on and they look at me blankly..not happy

Attendant doesn’t pay attention then has no idea how to work the till for a refund for fuel he wrongly charges for and then can’t even refund back on to a credit card. Poor effort. Place should be shut down.

The worker with the pidgeotto haircut needs to learn some manners and not try intimidate customers. Rudely barging people out of the way and standing up to their face... Grub.

Slow service. The staff often take a long time to reset the fuel pumps, even if no one else is in the store or getting petrol. Petrol it's self has always been fine for me.

25 cents dearer than any other 7-11 7/5/2021 place was very dirty stopped to clean windshield water dirtier than my windshield so left angry won't be back …

Good coffee as other 7-eleven. But customer service could be better. Coffee area is dirty.

The clerk informed that the toilet was not available. But we have seen people walk in.
