Not very helpful in customer service great in taking my money. I have been a very long term customer no longer i intend to support or purchase anything anymore from 711 north parramatta. They couldnt even help a lady such as myself put the pipe onto petrol jerrycan. strangers are more useful than these men and strangers even said they notice see me at 711 all the time when they drive past. Smh both manager and the man serving know how smile and how charge card take cash. Nothing wrong with the actual petrol or stuff used to buy there yet not really great people do not have basic decency and care for customers. No rewards for loyalty and long term support. Strangers have more decency and helpful. No more spending my money here we were long term customers

Sanjay charged me for what I did not purchase. I got fuel and the person at the Night Window Pay was so busy chatting to his friend, he charged me for his friends Smoothie. When I went back for refund me and other people had to wait at the window coz he was no where to be seen. I asked him why I got charged for smoothie he was like “do you want cash or refund to card”, no did not apologise for his mistake. Didn’t bother say sorry and when I asked his name he replied very rudely. Though it was $3, I don’t want to give that such a station with rude staff, rather I will donate that money. Never going here again,. Any one who goes to this station “TAKE RECEIPT AND CHECK IT”

This Petrol station or 7-Eleven don't even desire for 1 star. I re-filled RON98 petrol at 7-Eleven Parramatta North on 12th/Feb, and then on 13th/Feb engine light start showing on my vehicle, and vehicle start vibrating after press on the accelerator pedal. Volkswagen service center informed this petrol we re-filled contains large amount of water which caused this damage after diagnostic, and this will not be covered by warranty.

I was wondering why there is huge difference of petrol price around 7 eleven and this 7 eleven. There was hectic 42c of difference and 7-eleven even doesnot pickup the other store price. Super bad customer service. The manager has always been like this but recently it has gotten to a point where i need to make a complaint. He is extremely disrespectful to the youth i am associated with and finds any reason to yell at the youth even if they are being respectful and kind. At this point he will just lose customers as well as profit.

They are charging more than that price that they flashed on drinks rack. I bought pack v drink and one coke and the coke price their was 2.90 and he changed me 3.20. Then i asked him its price is 2.90.he said we just changed it . Please first change price on flashing rack. …

Was really great up untill this week. Lady working the store this Sunday wouldn't even let us use the choc shaker at the machines and also processed out purchase without asking if we would like to use our rewards card. We wanted to use our rewards cards

7 eleven as usual, Nice coffee actually . but it was the cheapest one but recently they increased the price. the traveler pie was great too , i always had their coffee but this is firs time i tried their traveler pie its tasty moreover value for money.

I used to fill up around where I work, just started to use this 711 from earlier this year as it’s close to my place. Also 711 app to lock the price is awesome. This shop is clean and not very busy, kind of COVID friendly. So far so good.

I want bunch of water bottles and that guy says no to me very rudely and say I can't give you water at night its our policy. I can only give you 2 liter water. Buy it and get lost. This is how he talked with me

Night guy AKRAM working has a very rude behaviour not responding to customers he is even abusing in his own language which offends me a lothe should be trained in good customer service

The guy on 6-8-23 (12.15 am) night was too lazy to make the orders at night pay counter. He refused to walk and select items for me. So disappointed
