Gas station
"I generally love this place"
"Seems to get a lot of traffic for the lowest rates in this area"
"I sometimes go here because it is close"
"I asked to swap a full gas bottle as it had the wrong fitting"
"Never have I ever been to place with such dismal customer service - rubbish everywhere - the guys can’t even crack a smile - I stood at the doorway and said THANK YOU (TWICE) the dude didn’t even look up"
I generally love this place. The service is always great. I especially like how they encourage you to use your keep cup for coffee by only charging you a dollar irrespective of the size. It would be good if all staff were aware of this though as it was very embarrassing today when Amit the service person insulted me by insinuating I was cheating when I told him it was a dollar for a coffee in a keep cup. It's only a dollar and I'm happy to pay it. But don't want to be insulted by someone who doesn't know how the place runs.
Seems to get a lot of traffic for the lowest rates in this area. Found the coffee machine is one of those newer ones with the digital touch screens, nice! Taste is the same as other 7/11s, better than Coles Express any day. Didn't check the toilet so can't comment. The attendant had headphones on but wasn't talking to anyone and gave me his full undivided attention which was pleasing, then again it's a 7/11 checkout, I'm not expecting small talk, as long as I'm not overcharged and my fuel lock is honoured, they're golden!
I sometimes go here because it is close. Service is utterly shameful to say the least. Attendant was talking on the phone while serving customers. Cannot ask questions because he isn't even listening. One attended charged us for a sausage roll when paying for fuel and it wasn't until we asked for the receipt that he told us he made a mistake and pressed the wrong button charging us something we didn't buy. They definitely don't paint a good image for themselves.
I asked to swap a full gas bottle as it had the wrong fitting. It was purchased from a seven eleven, and I had a receipt from the same day. It still had the seals and plug. The cashier flat refused and gave some excuse about messing up their stock. It would have made no difference as they have no idea what fitting each person takes from the cage. Went to a different store and they swapped without even wanting to see the receipt.
Never have I ever been to place with such dismal customer service - rubbish everywhere - the guys can’t even crack a smile - I stood at the doorway and said THANK YOU (TWICE) the dude didn’t even look up. Also HOT TIP - go to the independent servo 50m down the road - 177.7 for petrol VS 209.9 for the same petrol at 7-eleven. …
Most of the reviews talk about bad customer service here. But we have never had a bad experience. Krispy kreme donut glass door was left open when I was there. Don’t know for how long it was like this. Social distancing does not exist in this part of the town!
Very poor customer service feels like not welcoming, staff need to be trained on cleaning and communication with people. Not hygienic, diirty floor and coffee machine but the team is busy in mobile. Ahopping expectations was below poor on 8/06 evening
Super rude! was on the phone when I was trying to talk to him to buy things in store. Literally felt like he didn’t care about business Your at work mate don’t be focused on the phone when your serving customers... …
One of recommended local patrol stations where cars can be fueled, a pack of daily Krispy Donuts can be bought. A staff was welcoming with a smile, helpful, and great service. Donuts were fresh and tasty. Recommended!
One of the smaller 7/11s. Competitive fuel prices and you can get 95 here. Shares driveway with Target Auto so can be busy at times. My tip is to go here late at night.
Staff are rude they will be on the phone while serving it used to be a great store but the lack of good customer service keeps the rating low..
Extremely rude staff. He is talking over the phone to Sb else in different language and not answering customers.. avoid this Servo if you can
Rude and unhelpful staff. Highly unprofessional. Too busy on a phone call to speak to me as a customer. So disrespectful. Will never return.
The typical 7-eleven, however the straws for the Slurpees are at the counter while the Slurpees are straight as soon as you walk in.
Was told to get out cause I had dirty boots.. Man was ignorant.. wont get another cent off me
Don’t buy the Malteseres from here brought last night opened up and like this Not right
Presentable store front, fuel at a good price. Horrendously dirt bathroom.
Oil prices are often cheaper than the surrounding, still acceptable.
Wouldn't give my daughter her change was rude and abusive.
Consistently the cheapest 98 octane for quite a distance.
ZERO star for bad customer service and rude staff.
Wouldnt sell us donuts because it was 12:01
