I use to go there almost every day for a coffee and sausage roll. But i stopped going there from last 4-5 months. They had some staff change and now you go there and there hot case is always empty in the morning. I reach there normally 5:05-10 in the morning. Even i went there yesterday thinking that they might be improved but same empty hot case again. You go to the one just 5-700 mtrs down the road and there you will see minchinbury and they are always stocked. Hire some better people guys. Cheers.

Terrible experience. They demanded that I pay twice as their system apparently didn't recognise my payment. Even after showing proof the funds were literally just debited from my bank account, they still demanded I pay again. NEVER going back. Who honestly has a spare $250 to spend on petrol in one morning? I couldn't buy groceries for my family for a few days. I reported them to head office, who honestly didn't care. This company needs to be investigated.

I work nights and every night I stop here for a coffee, most of the staff are great but madhu is by far the friendliest worker here, I have never seen her without a smile and she is always so pleasant to all customers, I'm always happy to see her. She is a asset to this store and they are lucky to have her! If you want to see a friendly person make sure to visit when she is working

Be Careful about using the car wash service, I tried couple of times it doesn't finish the cycle. When I asked for the refund the sales guy argued unnecessarily. He wanted to give me voucher considering his business perspective but sales must understand if you do not provide service just refund it.

Please change morning shift staff... No smile no hi as if he is standing like punishment or someone forced him.... Nobody like to start a early day with your ugly look... Have some life and learn customer service you are face of seven eleven...

Amazing customer service. I came here not too long ago and was serviced by a young fella who works in the morning. He is always on the move and motivated to serve every customer. Highly recommend coming to this particular store!!

The service is really bad and I will never go back to this place. They are not catering to the customer need properly and I have to purchase the same product twice since the cashier didn’t want to change the product.

The lady tonight wouldnt let us in she said she was busy for 20mins , and then the last time i saw that lady she wouldnt sell us the sausage roll in the heaters said that she wasnt allowed

Very nice young man working last night. I often see him when I call in to make a purchase. He's always very courteous and we often have a brief conversation when he's not busy.

Staff is rude and does not allow me to use the official app with locked price and told me not working. But I used the app all well in other 7-11 stores with no problem.

Not crowded and service is pretty quick. I was serviced by a Young staff member and he was pretty rude - didn't return my greeting and was not courteous at all.

The staff are polite and professional, but the facility needs maintenance. They need at least to replace the window squeegee. It has been rusty.

Such a pathetic place .. bought ice creams a couple of times and felt like they were expired or melted before and they are still selling them

I go here almost every week for the usual after work energy drink and maybe a few snacks. The guy's here are always welcoming.

This is a good, decent-size 7-Eleven store and normally has stock for all the goods normally sold
