I tried to set up a visit from 911 on a Wednesday. We tried to confirm the proposed time they asked us, never got a response. Hoping that they just weren’t good communicators, we planned our work day for them to stop by. 8 hours after his proposed time, he calls back and says sorry we didn’t set it up. He suggested that he will get someone out the next day between 12-2pm. Finally, the next day came and at 2:35pm I had to call them just to see if someone was coming. I was running late to an appointment, and decided to start getting ready. At 3:11pm, my doorbell rings, the technician claimed that he didn’t get the assignment until “20 minutes ago”. I told him no thanks, I have to run to my appointment I postponed just because they asked for 12-2pm. Long story short, 1 miscommunication is understandable, but 2 times, you just don’t care about your customers. ***Update 10/2 *** look at the response they sent me. They said they apologize that I “FELT” they were late. I didn’t feel you were late. You actually were late, without communicating at all. Don’t gas light me just because you had a bad review. Your technician didn’t get the job until 2:50pm and showed up at 3:11pm. I didn’t feel like you were late, YOU ARE LATE. An hour and 11 minutes from your promised time window.

Had an initial free visit for an overview of work/estimate and then the actual appointment today (not required, but we weren't sure what supplies we'd need). Bought our own locks, but you can purchase from 911 Locksmith for the same price we found on Amazon. Duane was our technician for both visits and he was AWESOME. He was incredibly nice, showed us every part of the installation/programming/etc. and was very relaxed about the whole thing. Duane's fantastic!

Duane Gallaher, has done a lot of work for our house. When the door knobs were falling off in my hand he came over and completely replaced all knobs interior and exterior. Staying past work hours to make sure it was all perfect. He was very kind during the whole procedure that took hours. Below is a picture of the front door, that Duane did perfectly and helped code.

I never thought I would be writing a review for a locksmith but these guys are good. I was locked out of my house and within an hour a technician arrived. I showed my ID, made a payment and within an hour I was back inside where I belonged. Such a stressful situation but now I know it doesn't have to be. Thank you 911 Locksmith and Security.

Raymond was the BEST help! Got me copies of my apartment key after I have lost them and made it so easy for me to get back into my place! 911 has been reliably servicing my buildings for two years. They are quick to dispatch and always provide excellent customer service. They sell high-security locks with non-duplicatable keys that every business should use and are always quick to make us extra keys as needed.

We had a timing issue, but it was corrected. Once Raymond arrived he was very professional and quickly preformed the re-keying 8 locks. It was a nice touch that a text showing a company ID with a picture of Raymond. This was a good security measure. It was appreciated.
