Great customer service here! We drive all the way from Burnaby to come to this location :) I see the workers always friendly, and they take extra care in including all the necessities when delivering your food to your table. One particular worker today had amazing customer service skills. Great job

Came through town on May 20th at 4 am. needed a bite to eat and a drink to keep driving. The two girls that were working very promptly answered the drive-thru speaker. Staff is pleasant, manager always greets everyone when he walks in to start his shift and doesn't even go to the back but instead drops his bag to help the front staff. The store is generally always clean and the food is prepared quickly. Dont think I've ever had a bad experience here. More

I walked into this restaurant after walking 4 miles. I was so hungry. The restaurant was spotless, and the atmosphere was very peaceful. The meal came and it was so fresh and SO huge! Highly recommend this A&W to everybody.. So clean even the washrooms....... The staff are so kind. More

Rude service and rude manager. They couldn't even make me a proper breakfast. Cooks couldn't even make me an over easy egg properly. I will never come back here to spend my money. Asked for over easy eggs and this is what they gave me. Manager was not helpful and very rude.

This A&W is mainly known for its 24hour drive there after the sit down inside lobby is closed for the day. When using the dr-thru during those all important late night munchy cravings.
