Flying home today the airport itself was fine and everyone we encountered there was helpful. The issue was with airline we used to fly home and since they operate in the airport I'm dinging this review one star because all has to be working perfectly to get five stars. We're all told to arrive ready to check in at least two hours before domestic flights and at least three hours before international ones. We were in line at the American airlines ticket counter 3 1/2 hours ahead to check our bags and there was no staff. The other airlines had staff but not American. An hour later a message appeared on the monitor saying the counter would be staffed at a particular time which was a little less than two hours before our flight. Airport staff confirmed that this is the practice of the staff. Why are we told to do this shouldn't the airline be staffed and ready to receive? Hmmmm.

j'ai réservé un vol avec air canada le vol devait partir à j'ai 3 enfants et une femme j'ai pu réserver 5 sièges nous sommes arrivés au T1 l'agent d'enregistrement est très inutile et cohérent elle a décidé de donner mon siège à un autre passager et m'a réservé sur un vol demain j'étais très confus alors je lui ai demandé comment? si confuse qu'elle a dit que je t'avais réservé un vol demain, je n'étais pas contente quand elle a dit que je lui avais demandé pourquoi ? pas de mots, elle m'a juste donné un coupon et a dit désolé, j'ai déjà dit à ma femme de marcher jusqu'à la porte. J'ai dû rester à l'hôtel de l'aéroport. Hans est le pire employé d'un aéroport à qui j'aie jamais parlé.

I'm not usually impressed with airports, as I find most rather utilitarian. This one was different, almost from the start. Once we got past security (which I found randomly rule enforcing), things were quite nice. I liked the business or working "pods", and found the seating was as comfortable as it looked. The seatbacks were higher than usual, with a rounded off top that allowed reasonably good support, even for someone taller than average (I'm 6'4"). And then there was the bathroom I used. Absolutely the nicest bathroom in any airport I've seen. It seemed designed more for an executive suite than a high traffic space. It was actually pretty. I'm impressed.

Arrived at the airport early as we had to get off a cruise ship and our flight is at 1:09 pm. Went to a kiosk and entered all info and paid for 1 bag. No bag tag was dispensed and we asked and were told that no one comes to desk/luggage drop off until 2 hours before your flight. But they want you to arrive 2 hours before your flight so I'm expecting a huge influx of people trying to give their luggage to get it on the plane. I think if we need to arrive 2 hours before our flight, then service to take luggage should begin 3 hours before that flight to avoid a huge crowd.

The airport was easy to get through. But United was not very helpful with checking in yesterday cuz we had to do it through Airbus with Air Canada. It took us near 2 hours. We were the Third passenger to get to Air Canada this morning and we were there in plenty plenty of time for the 2 hours for security but the gate didn't open for the bags until 8:10 which was exactly 2 hours before the flight. There was no one there it was kind of confusing by the time they opened up there was a line at mile long.

Clearly one of the most boring airport I've been to. There isn't much to do there while waiting for your flight and the walls are all white so they aren't fun to look at. Overall it's an okay airport it does it job so that's where the three stars come from

On a regardé sur le site de l'aéroport et rien n'indiquait un problème. Arrivée à l'aéroport, on nous avise que plusieurs avions en arrivée sont annulés car l'aéroport est fermer depuis les 2 dernières heures pour mauvaise température(orages)

Superbe ville très animée, les gens sont extrêmement gentils, l histoire est partout. On sent vraiment une connexion avec le Québec quand on est français. Seul bémol quand on vieillit, la ville est extrêmement pentue …

One of the best Canadian airport i have been to! I experienced both arrival and departure from this airport! Technology and great staff! A small airport, so you won’t find much but still confortable and nice.

Firat time to Quebec. There are clear instructions in the airport and it is easy to get a bus ticket to the city. The bus driver was so nice and helpful even I could not speak French.

Tiny, sleepy little airport. Nothing starts moving until around 8am. Clean, easy to navigate and efficient. Nice security professionals, much nicer and easier than TSA in most places.

The signage is poor. Very few venues were open at 9:00am. It would have helped me a great deal if the currency exchange was open. Very easy to get a taxi.

Clean, super comfortable, and well administered. International services limited to one Cafe, a small duty-free, and a candy/bookstore. You'll be fine!

Very spacious with lots of seating. Clean and well maintained. Regular airport cuisine. Generally more pleasant than major air hubs in north America.

This is where I go when I need to depart to fly somewhere. The airport is very nice and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Nice airport with signage that is helpful, however we came in at a time when there were very few employees that were available to ask questions.

There is a Club Med lounge that is really exceptional. Great quality food, very clean and comfortable. Lots of selection.

Definitely the cleanest and most organized airport I've been to. Only downside is there was no uber available.

One of the smaller ports of the big ones. But they are quick here. Going through check-in was quick and easy.

It is a modern airport with very nice amenities while we wait for our connecting flight.

Loved Quebec, as taxis were a bit expensive, we took the bus and it was so worth it.
