Was in Vancouver for a wedding and dropped my suit off to be cleaned. I picked my stuff up and it was wrapped in the clear plastic bag they usually are in and headed right to Whistler for the wedding. When it came time to get ready I pulled my stuff out of the bag and my brand new suit pants had been swapped out for a random pair of VERY OLD pants that didn’t even have a button. I returned the pants that weren’t mine and was able to get my suit pants back. My outfit for this wedding was ruined as I had to scramble and borrow a pair or pants from someone else. I asked for a refund and was DENIED and the lady didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience and ruining my suit for a wedding. Horrible customer service and she said it was MY FAULT for not checking in the plastic bag.

My washing machine broke three weeks ago, and my arms got tired from washing my clothes in my bathtub. It was my first time at a coin laundry, so I was a bit shy and unsure of how to operate the machines. The attendant was very helpful and understanding; the area was clean, with the attendant going around wiping down the machines once in a while to clear away any detergent droplets, as well as sweeping up any debris. Thank you for a pleasant first experience at a coin-laundry!

Very bad experience. I don't recommend this laundry mat at all!! The owner is there looking directly over your shoulder telling you no more clothes in a machine that's not even half way full! Then she's yelling at my husband at 5:30 that we have to be out at 7:00. That wasn't nessasary either. She was not inviting or respectful and I will never go back there again. First time I experienced something this awful.

This place is the best locally for drop off service… best prices and the people running it are as friendly as you are :) If you’re looking for a spot don’t hesitate, I’ve been taking my laundry here for two years now and they don’t disappoint!

Very pleasant place to do laundry and definitely one of the better coin laundromats in the area. The family run business also offers excellent tailoring services which I recommend inquiring about. Would go back again without a doubt.

Been coming here for years with my parents since I was a kid. I am 23 now. It is a local business that has been a part of this area for well over a decade. The family who runs it are wonderful and provide excellent service.

The owner of this establishment was very rude to me a number of times during my visit. I will never come back. She should not be dealing with the public. Just horrible.

Washers are okay priced but dryers are bit expensive. Be careful using the machines or you will get scolded.
