Bare with me this is a long one but if you are in the market for a new/used car give these people a visit! Roy and his daughter Anna are absolutely angels on earth I've never ever met people so generous and willing to go allll the way out of their way for a stranger. My husband and I were in Portland for a medical appointment (we are from the coast) it was an extremely hot weekend (mid 90s) and we had our 2 year old daughter with us. Our car suddenly lost transmission on the free way causing a very scary and stressful experience we pulled off the freeway and ended up in Roy's lot. We really had no option but to try looking for a new car or a rental.or something. It was so hot our daughter who's not used to the heat was turning red and melting and I'm 9 months pregnant on top of that. Roy's daughter immediately started blowing him up on the phone as he had stepped out let us sit in one of the vans and use the AC and cool down gave my daughter cold berries and played with her and the. Roy showed up and spent hours helping us . Flat out LOANED us a vehicle to drive home in and gave us his word that he was gonna help us find something. Here we are a week later and Anna drove all the way down the coast in our e loanernew Towne and country to trade for the loaner a beautiful van I love so much he helped us finance when the bank flaked out he's been an all around angel and has earned customers for life thank you Roy and Anna! ❤️

I’ve previously bought a car from Roy and sent my daughter to him last year. She bought a cute little Kia rio. She loved her car so much and took pride in her first big purchase. Well, Friday night I asked my daughter to use her car and I was hit by some jerk in a stolen vehicle. Of course he ran. I felt so bad that my daughter lost her car. A car she worked hard for and was making her monthly payments on. As we wait for police reports and insurance to sort all of this out, I knew she needed a vehicle asap to be able to get to and from work and run errands. She’s had her eye on a dodge journey on their lot and when I looked online it was still there. I called Roy and he said to go in and see Cody. We did and my daughter got to leave with her new dodge journey. Best place ever. Thank you so much for being a good company and excellent people that treat customers good.

Extremely unprofessional and very mismanaged. One guy told us to go across the lot. The other guy couldn't tell us a things about the car because "that's the other guys job i just do financing". UMM OK? We peaked out head into the car we were there to look at and not only did it smell horrible, but it was in trash condition. And without any insight to the car or how it runs we just left. This dealership probably serves a purpose for some people. But go somewhere else if you have cash or are ready to buy and finance. This place was janky to put it nicely.

WOW, what an amazing car buying experience. Seriously, quick and painless. Cody did an incredible job helping me find the right lender with just ok credit, and at a great rate too! Very quick to respond to questions, but definitely NOT pushy like you can get with other car salespeople. He truly cares and is very kind and easy to work with. They also have loads of cargo vans just waiting to be turned into campers! And isn't that what Portland is all about? Thank you Cody and staff of ABC dealership! This truck is exactly what I needed!

I cannot recommend this place enough. I was SO nervous trading in my reliable truck for something bigger and more family friendly. Roy and Felix went above and beyond to not only get us the perfect truck, but made sure we weren't stretched beyond our limit when it came to financing. No seedy salesmen here, just quality people that seem to genuinely care about their customers. The truck runs beautifully so far, and we thoroughly enjoyed conversing with them while waiting on paperwork. If you need a vehicle, stop here first!

WHAT A JOKE. NOT worth it. Roy sold me a car with engine and transmission issues and took no responsibility for it. He trash talked my mechanic although he said he, himself doesn't know anything about cars and he even tried to tell me how good of a job he does based on his reviews. He had the previous car owner "a great mechanic" call me with his input which is ridiculously unprofessional and made the guy feel awkward for having to talk to me. The guy said he wasn't even a mechanic. STAY AWAY.

The gentleman ran my credit, said I was approved for X amount of dollars, but never got back to me once I stated what I wanted in payment and car. I know this is a common practice, but I personally don’t appreciate it, especially after having my credit pulled. While I understand he has to make his money, I also think that I deserve the courtesy of a response. Thanks!
