They are the WORST . They lack punctuality they feel because the city is paying them they show up whenever. Been waiting for 5 days to have my stuff moved and it’s no call no show no accountability and no respect for time at all. Truly the worst !! They Never answer the phone they leave the drivers to explain and they have never an explanation that makes sense except we will be there ...yeah ?! When ?!!!!

The worst moving company ever, they rescheduled my moving for one day, and they made me wait a whole day until the next day bfore they moved me and I couldn't reach nobody, they just make u waste ur time, I'm being honest, my food went bad , my kids slept without no blankets, and cold, I had to unpack some stuff back for my kids, and babies, they r really irresponsible

This company is here to just play games with people. I got called to confirm move out of items in storage and had to lose a day of work just for them to say that wasn't why they called. If it weren't for my building not having an elevator, I wouldn't have even bothered considering using this company

Omg... The worker waited til I was in the elevator and tried to kill me thank god his co workers were there to pull him off and away from me... SMFH...
