A plus is the name deserved for this place. The reason I went there for the first time is just from the great google reviews. I found it more than I expected it and the mechanics. Mr. Mo is very polite and friendly. What most people expect from business or shops these guys have them all. On time schedule, good and focused repair results and as close as possible quote for the expense, plus finally customer respect and appreciation. I ve got them all from this guys and I am looking to take two more mini vans very soon plus I asked them to do an assessment for me for better diesel engine heating system for winter. Go check this guys out when you need one and you won’t be disappointed. BTW they also diagnosed my warning lights plugged with computer and printed before deleting the codes for free too. I cannot speak highly enough of A Plus Auto Ltd. I am extremely low income, I am not car savvy at all, and have been struck with some bad luck with my vehicle. It is easy to be taken advantage of by mechanics, but the crew at A Plus has been completely honest, they worked within my income, making the cost of services 25% of what other mechanics were quoting. They got me in the next day, did the repairs efficiently, they were extremely kind and generous. They did a thorough and excellent job of the repairs. I will never go anywhere else. Thanks to the generosity of A Plus I am still able to afford groceries this week and continue my work using my vehicle. I will continue to be a loyal customer and highly recommend this place to anyone! If you are looking for a great mechanic, this is the place to go.

I went there for only an oil change just because it's in my neighborhood (10 minutes drive). He booked me for another day because he was busy. I went there exactly the time he booked for me and he was laughing (again busy). I mean he could have called me to cancel the appointment. Then he booked me for another day for 1730 pm and once i was there, it was closed (seriously? You schedule a costumer and leave?) This is not a proper way to collect customers for a local enterprise. I am really sorry for him. He wasted my time three consecutive days for only a service that can be done in 15 minutes.

Great experience with these guys, took my truck to a different shop first and got completely ignored for 15 minutes before walking out. Drove 5 minutes down the street to find this little gem. Immediate service and help, got my truck booked and quoted and came back the next business day. All of my issues had been resolved and for UNDER the quoted price. Mohammed even let me know a couple parts to keep an eye on and replace eventually. I can’t speak for the rest of the customer’s experiences but I won’t be taking my truck anywhere else in the city. Great job guys

This business and the owner and operators are exceptional. Services are performed professionally, accurately and in a timely manner and fairly priced. Just recently went to A-Plus with a window issue, A Plus Auto is a trusted previous own by Adam. Who move out of Canada, a person has to be treated not like a number, but with no high pressure sales tactics, and still charge a person the dianostic fee. The main thing is forming realtionships, and than depending I would say, most important with fair honest prices where two people walk away; happily.

Finally made a Lifetime mechanic to fix my car. Just went in 2 change tires.but the previous mechanic guy used the wrong nuts for the tire.So Mohammed the owner did the best to save my rim.The best car service.I had so far would definitely recommend to come and drop your car with no worries.Honest and professional service Cheers.

I like this place. They do what I need and don't push for additional stuff. Quoted me a number well below Midas and didn't try to get me to replace fluids that were still good. Been in Edmonton for a year now. Every other shop I took my car too they would over charge you. This evening he booked me in on a short notice. Moreover he paid attention to every little detail for this specified job. I would totally bring my car back to the shop and recommend others.

Didn't tell me much about any problems on the car fixed what he said he was going to but failed to see my barring was a one hard hit anyway from flying and when I got the car my dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree
