I called A-OK with a non-urgent issue. I texted with and spoke to Steve same day and we worked out the solution and cost. His solution was flexible to our wants/needs without any pushback. I would highly recommend Steve. I met him at Home Depot at the time we were moving into our new house. We needed someone to come and change our locks. 5-star customer service & pricing. I had to get a new condo key cut and it's a newer, more-secure type that most hardware stores & key-cutting places can't do. Not only did A-OK cut it, their price was literally 1/2 of what others were charging. On top of that: the customer service was quick, polite and so friendly (he literally offered to give me a drive back to where my bike was locked-up!). NOTE: phone or text for service & quote because there's not always someone at the location if they're out on call.

Quick, professional, and didn’t try to scam me on a last minute job! They answered within the first couple rings, gave me a fair quote and were at my house extremely quick. We had someone attempt to steal our car, they bent the wheel club ($60 just saved me a huge headache) and removed the lock cylinder so we couldn’t remove it. A-OK had all the tools needed to help us out. They are a local business and I highly recommend them.

I called A-Ok to take a look at our front door deadbolt which was causing some issues. Steve arrived when he said he would, promptly identified the issue and fixed it quickly and well - the door and locks actually function better than before we had the issue. Price was reasonable too.
