Worst business. The storage unit we were hiring had a leaking roof and destroyed our couch, my childs cot mattress and kids couches. I was told "its not our problem we won't be reimbursing any of the money to replace your belongings and to go with the insurance." Then when the insurance company contacted them they didn't reply to confirm that this occured. Its been over a month and a half and still getting the run around. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS

No issues with storing goods over an 18 month period. Storage was clean, watertight and secure. The only problem was the bolt on the door was very difficult to open. Given we only accessed the storage a coup[e of times this was not an issue but had we needed to access it more often we would have asked for it to be serviced.

Great service from this business. We have stored at this business for a number of years and have nothing but great things to say about this business. Well worth a look if you need somewhere to store your stuff.

The staff do go the extra mile, helping customers, with anything you require, plus the Doggie in the office is as cute as. I Thankyoi do much for your help whilst I stored my things upon delayed house move.

I have used the Hasting storage facility twice, both occasions were excellent. The staff are very professional and courteous, and the storage facilities are well cared for and very secure.
