Bunch of frauds ! Went there asking if they could fix my car , confident yes was given , after spending 2 hours waiting in waiting area and constant chit chat and jokes in garage area amongst mechanics ,I interuupted them(as I was waiting with my family including 3 years old ) of how long would it take? The owner came and said it would take long , I said I have a kid who I need to feed so can u just lemme know approx time....he went in and never came back( with my family just staring at me help measly ), there was a clueless apprentice who was just passing his messages to me as the owner was too arrogant to even reply to me . At the end of 2 hour ordeal I was Given a full bill along with saying we can’t fix this problem. No apologies or any courtesy was shown. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE , it’s such a bad experience that it’s hard to explain in words . Worst part was the apathy they showed towards my family who After waiting for 2 hours with me were only told that ho much appreciated as the bill.

I hand-balled Trav and the team the long task of fixing up all the loose ends and broken parts on my 32 year old 4x4, and despite a pandemic the guys still went above and beyond to get the car finished for me before the end of lockdown. The car runs and drives beautifully compared to when it was dropped off. You can have complete faith and trust in fair price and good quality service, Travis lives up to the reputation.

Nick and everyone here are just the best. They have serviced my car and been totally upfront about costs and repairs, their communication is wonderful. They’ve also fit me in multiple times when my car was having troubles on the day. It it so important to me to feel part of the process and informed, they have been amazing.

Called A.O. at 8am on a Monday to try and get a roadworthy done ASAP. Travis was more than happy to help out and make time. He then did it again for another car that needed to be done on short notice. Fantastic service, highly recommend this place.

Most trustworthy, honest, resourceful and generous mechanic! Do not hesitate to see Trav and his team at AO. I have been here for almost 10 years as it my family mechanic. I live 30 mins away but its worth it! Would not change mechanics!

Trav is an excellent mechanic, “not just a parts fitter”. He is thorough, clinical & knows exactly what he is doing. The AO team are great to deal with. If you have a 4x4, you’re in for a treat, they know them inside & out.

If you want to get ripped sideways, take your Hilux there! 940 bucks for an 80k service. Absolute rip off. They pretended to do me a favour and lower the bill that was over a thousand dollars. Didn’t even include brakes.

My wife has been getting her car serviced here for years. Travis always does an amazing job, keeps us informed of what's going on, and the prices are super reasonable. Would highly recommend.
