⚠️NOT A HOTEL⚠️ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE⚠️ 1, they STRICTLY enforce a check-in window from 3:00 PM to 7:30 PM. Beyond these hours, they completely CUT OFF communication, they don't pick up the phone, they don't reply your messages online, leaving you stranded and helpless. It's astonishing that a so-called hotel would offer zero customer service outside of a mere 4.5-hour timeframe. Unless you possess the ability to predict your arrival time for sure, 100% sure that there won't be any delays or changes, don't even consider booking here. I learned this lesson the hard way, losing my money for 4 rooms and having to urgently find alternative accommodations. 2, Yes they have a nice big kitchen, but there is no cooking equipment in your room, not even a knife to cut some fruits. You can only borrow them from the lobby, again 3:00-7:30pm ONLY. 3, There is no staff here after 7:30pm, so don't expect any help at all after that. 4, There are two bedrooms in one apartment, but one of them has no air conditioning. So you will need to give up privacy and keep the doors open for some air. It's right next to a train track so you can't open the windows or it will be noisy. In conclusion, they clearly do not care about their guests, and they are very rigid with their 3-7:30pm schedule. Save yourself the frustration, disappointment, and financial loss by looking elsewhere for accommodations. They should not be calling themselves a hotel. Hostels and Airbnbs have better services than them.

Noise from the train. Have everything in the room. Clean and comfortable. No room service 24 hours. We booked this hotel because near Fukuoka Airport but I got a problem with booking a taxi to the airport at 5 a.m. because no one was there. Staff will be coming from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. so I must book a taxi before they clock out from work but no taxi is available at that time. The staff tries to call but no company accepts our booking, we took a long time for this but they recommended us to download an application named "DIDI" (should activate by sms from phone number) so it works! Thank you for helping us but next time they should prepare for this situation for customers I am sure some will get the problem same as me.

Very nice service apartment and very well thought. Love the bathroom, and the washing machine, detergent and laundry conditioner. The bathroom is quite high tech, with drying , heating function, a bath tub. Very cosy apartment and would love to stay there again.

Great offer price for big family, with intend to drive around with rental car. With car, it is really great place to stay since you can get washing machine, and big bath unit. Plus a kitchen with big fridge, microwave, cooking system which might be good idea to have a small Nabe party. However, do make sure your flight must touch down during day time.

You cannot check in until 3 PM, but the hotel will not let you store any luggage. The hotel wouldn't even let you leave your luggage there at your own responsibility. There is no nearby storage except for all the way back at the station. The check in time is also only limited to 7:30 PM.

Wow!!! Nice apartaments with a really good price, the receptionists are really friendly but speaking english isnt very easy, but they are ready for english speaking people with english rules, and armed with google translate nothing is imposible. Rooms are nice and have a big kitchen. I RECOMEND TRUELY!!!

good place for rent car tourists. spacious and clean. Want to visit here again. Make a reservation for a parking lot. The only problem is you have to check in between 3pm-7:30pm.

マンションをホテルにリノベーションしてる。泊まった部屋はツーベッドルームとLDK もちろんバスルームも完備で清潔。そしてリーズナブル。また利用したい。 タオル類はあったけど、歯ブラシくらいが持っていった方がいいかも。
