I had lost my bike key and my bike was at my friends place. I could not go home without the bike so I contacted A1, the person responded immediately and was promised to arrive in 30 mins and unfortunately never turned up nor answered my calls or messages. COMMUNICATION is very important for any business and if it is poor then the overall services takes a hit.
