AAA Locksmiths Diepriver are outstanding. They respond quickly to call-outs and arrive fully prepared to tackle any task. Their work is efficient, neat, quick and extremely professional. We were most fortunate to have Diego allocated to our job and it was a pleasure to meet him and witness his efficient, effective handling of our broken lock. His workmanship resulted, however, in me getting teased by the family. I spent ages trying to fix the sliding door, turned the house (almost) upside down before calling Diego. He arrived. Started. Before I could finish my coffee, he had finished and everything was sorted out! Amazing!

I don't often do reviews but sometimes you meet someone that gives you faith in this country again... and that was Nestor from AAA Locksmiths. I had lost my car key (remote part of key) and not only did Nestor know exactly which one I needed but he got the replacement (at the supplier), arrived at my house, did the necessary programming and handed me the new key all within 1 hour. He was friendly, well presented, professional and had all the equipment that he needed at hand. If you're in a fix, I would definitely recommend calling AAA Locksmiths. PS: And they were cheaper than another locksmith I called.

The office was easy to reach, very helpful, and accommodated my request on the date I asked. Diego, who came through to do the work, was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. We had some challenging older locks in the house that he tackled and sorted out. We also threw a number of different types of locks Diego's way, he took it all in stride. Love that they have the means to accept card payments on site, very useful.

AAA handled the situation professionally and communication was fairly good boy on taking my call and getting to me to help. Unfortunately, the cost of 2 minutes of work (R690) sours much of the experience and leaves you feeling taken advantage of. It was technically after hour but a 18:00 call out that cost more than my GP seems a bit extreme. Dylan, himself, was great - great communication and quick to open the lock.

What fantastic service! From the minute I called the office until Diego finished the work I experienced nothing but professional service. Diego was brilliant. Having left all my house keys overseas I needed assistance once I landed back in Cape Town. Diego and I arranged a time to meet. He was on time, efficient, friendly and professional. My weekend didn’t get off to a great start as I managed to break my key off in the front door. Luckily Diego came to my rescue and fixed the problem with the greatest of ease. Dylan arrived at an agreed upon time according to my exact availability which was really appreciated as it is rare. He was fast, efficient, professional and very knowledgeable. He accommodated my busy schedule and could work independently and proved himself trustworthy as I had to leave him on his own to get the work done. Very happy

At 4pm I suddenly realised we needed two new garage gate remotes. I found AAA on Google and contacted them, expecting a visit in the morning. I didn’t believe it when I was told someone would be there in 15 mins! A most charming young man, Diego, arrived and recoded the new remotes in minutes. Absolutely amazing service. Thank you

He was also prompt in arriving and kept us up to date as to how far away he was. I will definitely be in contact with him if we ever need another locksmith.
