I had a disappointing experience with A B Jewellers in Shivranjani, Ahmedabad. I purchased a women's bracelet two weeks ago, and I immediately noticed that all the golden beads were defective, with holes in them. This compelled me to replace the bracelet, which, unfortunately, cost me more due to the bracelet's defects. What's worse, I had to travel a long distance of 150 km just to replace the item, wasting an entire day. The staff at A B Jewellers did not seem attentive to my concerns and exhibited an arrogant attitude. Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with both the defective product and the unprofessional behavior I encountered.

Last ten years I have purchased gold and silver from AB jewellers I went to resale gold coins puechased from them They informed they will pay me by a check which gets cleared in 4 days, When I asked if they will accepr my check for immediate delivery. The store managers and even the store owner is rude and they do not know how to talk to a customer or listen to the complaint or concern of the customer. They are just their to earn money. They levy additional charge if you want to purchase by credit card which is not legal. When you go to raise the issue with owner he does not even want to hear your concern and is only fixated on charging that additional amount.

The greatest jewellery house in the town centre. Bought ring in 2017 which had 16 diamonds but all the diamonds are as it is till date. Valet parking is available so no issue of parking. You just need to wait for 10 minutes after purchase to get the car back as there's basement and one more place used for parking. Service is awesome.
