I was told to replace my front brake by my mobile mechanic, so I called ABS Epping to get quote and the guy on the phone said no way commodore vf would require brake replacement at 60kms but he asked me to bring the car in for a quick check, so I brought the car in this morning and voila.. The brakes didn't need replacement, and I don't even have to pay a cents for this.. I'm really glad that I went to the right place and met such an honest and trustworthy mechanic. I live 8kms away, I have two cars and I know there are a lot of local mechanics in my area but I will definitely go to ABS Epping for all my car servicing needs in the future. I usually hate going to mechanics but this place was recommended by a local business owner in Epping shopping centre. Customer service was great and they fixed my car no problems. It is rare to come across a business that is run with such high standards of ethics and professionalism. First car service in Victoria, I happened to find it by chance. The experience immediately resulted in absolute trust and you really feel that you have dealt with family or someone you know very well. I had a problem with my car which was very worrying. After going around and being played with other mechanics I thought I'd give ABS Epping a try. I walked in and was greeted by Kenny the Manager. I sat with him and explained the whole situation and all he said to me was "leave it to me" I came back to find all my problem fixed and the pricing was very reasonable. Great personal service, trustworthy advice, no over-selling, just good honest and reliable opinion. And, they shined up my tyres! Not many services do this anymore. Will definitely make ABS our go to when it comes to having our cars (that we trust with our lives) looked at and serviced. Wont go back to any run of the mill mechanics that tell you that you need extra unnecessaries. ABS Will tell you how long it is before you need tyres, brakes etc. so impressed

After needing my brakes done and being quoted a ridiculous price elsewhere. I phoned up Kenny at ABS Epping and received service second to none. He quoted me a honest price and did not try to overcharge me. He was professional and the brakes on my car are so much better now. The job was quickly performed and he gave good and honest advice. Great helpful and knowledgeable staff and service, good prices. Been here multiple times and the advice has always been spot on, no BS that tends to come from some mechanics. My brakes were squeaky and after a few questions, the first piece of advice was to slam on my brakes hard a few for a quick 'clean'. Problem solved, didn't have to pay a cent. Other mechanics would have charged to "inspect" the problem, then charged to replace a part.

Very happy with ABS Epping. Brakes were making a strange scuffing noise. Instead of replacing parts unnecessarily and charging me a small fortune, they got rid of the lip and got the job done quickly! Appreciate the professionalism and honesty. Definitely recommend these guys! Convenient location - right next to the mall for a browse while your car gets done!

I've taken my 4wd and 2 kids first cars(both old bangers) to Kenny to get sorted out. He's old school, experienced and doesn't tell you something needs to be replaced if it doesn't immediately. That's why I trust him. He'll let you know what's on the way out and what to expect in the future. What does that mean? No unnecessary costs plus quick turn around.

First time with ABS choose them on other people's comments and ratings and being close to shops giving me something to do whilst waiting. friendly service and advice and reasonably priced had battery replacement and suspension looked at due to tyre wear parts on order and back next week happy with everything

Went in to get the rear brakes on my car replaced on June19th - was told it could take from 8am to 12pm, was actually finished in 2 hours. Will be going back on Saturday 3rd July for replacement of the front brakes.

Went in to ask advice and had assistance from both the technicians who are extremely knowledgeable, we need more guys like this in our life, total gentleman and woukd definitely recommend this business.
