I had a very bad experience with the Washing station. I thought of taking an auto car wash and waited for more than 30 minutes to get my wash. Once I was about to enter the guy told me and said your car is too dusty auto wash isn't possible, go for a manual wash. I don't understand what this guy has been doing for the last 30-40 minutes, he could have said it before so that I could have moved. Move to the manual lane and wait for another couple of minutes won't work for me. They always wanted to please Local and any other Arab guys because they'll give some tips. Why if the service is okay and happy, don't we pay them any tips? Bad bad bad bad!!!!!

Useless Too slow The guy infront of me himself was waiting for the guy to come wash his car Where did the guy go ? Almost ten minutes no sign of him. Who is monitoring these employees, don't they have a management program to make them more efficient . Horrible service Iam asking Adnoc management to come and monitor the performance of the workers here to reduce the abysmal waiting time

Good to have manual car wash in Abu Dhabi island.. I didn’t know it still exist in Abu Dhabi city where they will left up the car and do the washing there as well.. I was able to change car oil in the same station via Almasood (you can get FAZAA discount in Almasood for Tyre or Oil services)

Service is excellent. Expect to spend a good 30-45 mins at the car wash and vacuum bay on a good day. Only downside is exceptionally long waiting period on weekends which can go upto 2 hours or more depending on what time of the day you choose to visit to get your car washed and cleaned.

Staff are always courteous and welcoming, great place for a manual wash. However the designated waiting area for ladies does not exist anymore. All three rooms are used by men, which is a huge inconvenience for female customers. Disappointing.

Great car wash but the manual side was too busy. I waited a little while but then moved to the automatic side. Great car wash and the vacuum was good afterwards. 4 stars because the manual side was busy even during quiet time.

Great quality. Great value. Staff work really hard and your car will be immaculate. Takes about 15 mins per car, so if there are three cars in the queue in front of you, you will have a 30 to 60 minute wait. Take a book.

After waiting for 40 minutes the guy told me auto wash won’t work for my car as it is dirty. And i think those guys love to serve locals as they asked me if it was my car or arbab car.Also price is 38 AED expensive.

If you want to avoid going to Musaffah, this is the best place in Abu Dhabi where you can find an in depth wash for your car. Staff is nice and committed. But note it takes much longer than auto wash.

Very bad experience, I got full.wash plan, but they just washed with water without any soap, car was still having dust on body. VERY BAD BEHAVIOUR OF STAFF. I HAD PHOTOS & VIDEOS OF MY CAR.

Long waiting. I waited for 2.5 hours for a car wash. Unfortunately I hadn't any other option. There is no other competitors in the market with similar service. Cleaning was good

They do a good manual car wash and through cleaning after that. Go early and it would be less crowded. I went at 7 AM and came out by 7:45 am for a SUV.

They have 4 washing units but never 4 of them will work. 2 auto and 1 manual is working There is a big queue always for manual wash.
