Always polite staff for us, we use these fairly regularly for our airport runs, nights out etc and never had a problem with them. Always willing to accommodate, fair charges and on time. Have even bought my hubby back safely on many of his drunken stupers!! I couldn't do their job!!

It is very bad taxi . Because they are lie a lot . They set taxi will there 10 minutes. But I was waiting 1 hours Everytime 6 minutes lie . And I was late for work . This company should be shut . They don't follow they own policy. I wouldn't even give 1 start .

I've used ADT dolphin taxis twice over the past 2 days whilst my cars been in for an M.O.T. I have to say both times, from booking to reaching my destination has been 5*. Drivers have picked me up within 5 minutes and got me to my destination promptly.

My car broke down and got a taxi within minutes which was amazing. The driver was friendly and happily drove me to the cash point when the payment link didn't work. It is pricey and don't expect help with bags etc but I would use again if needed.

Taxis are always late. They lie and say they'll be 10 minutes and leave you waiting for 40-60 mins. You ring and ask what's happening and be told another lie that the driver is on
