I recently visited AEON 1Utama and was extremely impressed with the overall shopping experience. The mall is massive with a wide variety of shops and restaurants. I was able to find everything I needed, from clothing and accessories to electronics and home goods. The mall is also well-organized, making it easy to navigate and find what I was looking for. The layout is logical and the signage is clear, which made it a breeze to get around. One thing that stood out to me was the customer service. The staff at all of the shops were friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchases. The mall also has a great food court, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I had a delicious meal at one of the restaurants and was impressed with the quality of the food and the friendly service. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at AEON 1Utama and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great shopping experience. Aeon was Jusco and cause it was Jusco when we first knew it, the name stuck! The location had moved from where Isetan is right now to where its current location lies. At its current location, it had also been renovated a few times. The new look is now more up-market but the pricing remained as one of the more competitive ones. You can find daiso, electronics and a food court at the lower ground floor, groceries, bakery and eateries at the ground floor, women's and men's at the 1st floor, children's and stationery at the 2nd floor. At the groceries, you can find local, Western, Korean and Japanese food stuff plus a small organic section as well. The pricing of some items is competitive like those at the wet market but somewhat with a better environment eg. air conditioning. They have improved on their service over the years. The staff are mainly polite and helpful. Am definitely much more comfortable at this branch of Aeon!

Huge selection of groceries and foodstuffs, cleanliness is good and layout is well organized. Downgrade from 5 stars to 1 star in Sept 2021. Had 2 separate occasions where market produce is spoilt and not fresh. First was buying lala and when reached home, all the pieces inside were foul smelling. Another occasion was buying 2 pieces of chicken chop, the piece on top for display was fresh but piece at the bottom was spoilt and not fresh. Had raise complaints to their Customer Service but after 2 weeks I got a response which lacked empathy. Sorry to say after years of being a loyal customer, this will now be my final visit to the store. I will take my money elsewhere.

A quaint shop, Xiao Bar Wang offering Taiwanese fares, namely, Little Terror (literal translation from mandarin) at Basement 1, One Utama with most of its stuff imported from its mother land is worthy of at least a try or two by most, if not all. Mostly pork based dishes like its braised pork rice, mee sua with an appetizing touch of Chinese vinegar sauce and bento box meals come with a cool sweetened milk or soursop- like herbal tea are some of their fares to satisfy your growling stomachs. Don't forget to test out their spicy pop corn chicken strips which our spice master has given it his thumbs up.

Kiosk payment no receipt , waited half an hour for the staff to reprint the receipt. Employees all seems very useless and be there just to get salary but no contribution. After receipt printed out, the guard still need to check the items inside the recycle bag, this is so stupid. If u so afraid ppl steal ur goods then Dont act steady to set up the kiosk machine, after paid, ur security still action action to check here and there. Very stupid management. Be ready to close down all your outlets cuz jaya grocer, BIG and village grocer are doing so much better in their way of how to manage and run their stores.

was in rush and wanted to buybaby hamper for friend’s baby full moon party, two staff were chatting and i asked her where the hampers are and my budget, then she pointed the direction of the hamper, i repeated my budget and requested for assistance, she insisted that i go there and find it myself, her face quite unhappy because i disturbed her conversation with her colleague. some of the hampers are at the top shelf and it was quite difficult for me to check the price, i had no choice but to bring everything down on the floor and compare the prices. good luck in arranging the hampers!

I only review bad service, so so environment, not delicious food and unreasonably priced food, service or products...and it’s all my personal preferences. I bought this toy at AEON, and I saw signs stating there is a discount, there was also a sticker there with a discount. I went to the counter and the staff said system got no discount. The staff went to toys area and also confirmed that there is a discount. But another staff came and asked the situation and then just CASUALLY informed me, sorry, there is no discount! I don’t know who and what is right? You be the judge...

It's an amazing department store, supermarket, bakery and a halal foodcourt, with escalator access within its premise and a lift across the hallway outside - takes you and your trolley or stroller right to the carpark floors. Their cooked pre-packed food may not be pipping hot but still taste great on the run or when you're after something nutricious on a budget. Supermarket has an amazing variety. Lots of people about, but the queues are bearable. Staff and customers are curteous.

This review is about Aeon supermarket. Some of the products don't have price tag, or prices that's already past the promotional period. Lots of check-out lanes, but usually only two or three are open. Self-checkout is unfriendly, with security guard rummaging your shopping bag as if you are a suspect. Absolute unacceptable practice, only to demonstrates Aeon's distrust of its customers. My foreigner friends find this appalling, thinking people here steals if not checked?

It's do enormous size! Very good supermarket. Very nice supermarket with wide varieties of products. But try to be careful and vigilant about Halal status of ready to eat foods, restaurants/ bakery selling crispy ,fried, baked items inside this shop and about halal products in general . I couldn't check about Halal certification or ask anyone about their Halal food or products. But please In shaa Allah check before you eat there or buy any food items from there.

I was standing next in line patiently waiting eventhough the customer before me is taking a while to complete his transaction. But, when it was my turn, another sales person just cut my line and handover his customer’s purchase to the cashier and the cashier didnt do or say anything, ignoring the fact that I was next in line. Such a terrible service! I ended up buying the vacuum cleaner at SenQ 1 Utama which had amazing customer service! Please do better Aeon!

Despite the Movement Control Order restrictions, many people were here to shop, most probably because of the coming Chinese New Year festival. The Aeon supermarket is fairly well stocked. However gone are the days when there were lots of boxes of Mandarin oranges, especially with the rising prices. Missing are also the Chinese waxed duck and sausages. Chinese New Year festivities is not the same as in past this year.

One of the bigger Aeon in KV. 2 foodcourts, one at the same level as the supermarket (G) & another downstairs at LG, same floor as Eneos. Better food are at the G. With their usual bakery, wellness & liquor department & lots of Japanese food. Consist of a foyer outside the payment counters for weekly promotions. Other floors consist of cosmetics, apparel, children, sports, electrical & household items. Convenient.

Frequent came here for food actually. I love their bakery section. The nasi set they sell is affordable although the nasi is very ciput. They sell nasi bujang rm4 only (nasi, telur dadar, sup kosong, sambal, timun). Come and get it! Also came here during sales as they often have happy hour for clothes. Affordable and worth it. Babyroom also very nice and relaxing and also have Coway machine for water refill.

AEON consists of two floors of departmental store (Level 1 and 2) and a supermarket at the Ground floor. It is the biggest store within 1 Utama in terms of floor size. It remains steadfastly popular with patrons who visit 1U as this place is usually quite crowded, especially during the weekends. You will be spoilt for choices as far as their range of merchandise are concerned, and pricing is reasonable too!

This is a good place to shop for your groceries at 1 Utama, Bandar Utama. There are plenty of choices for fresh produces like vegetables, fish, fruits, and others. They all looked fresh to me, and prices are reasonable. This is really a one-stop centre for your daily necessities as the place also has a bakery inside. Cakes and breads are freshly baked here every day and of good quality. Tasted good, too.

Main anchor tenant when OneU first open its door. The place had gone thru some major revamp especially on the supermarket floor. Supermarket area was expanded and the food stalls next to it also gone thru some rearrangement. More spacious for the ever crowded place especially on weekends. Electrical and IT on 2nd floor also moved to basement floor, previous food court and car accessories were gone.

Everything looks great .. they got so many floors things like baby , house hold , men , women and etc .. they have so many counters to pay .. but only 1 people will be working for whole floor counter .. I don’t know what they really try to achieve … dont be so dumb .. people have wait long queue.. just to even pay 1 thing.. if not enough staff just close the department.. better ..

went there to buy some office clothing, great range of clothing for men. but for women the designs are pretty outdated and pricey. the counters were closed mostly during the weekdays. so the queue was pretty long at a counter. staff need to assess the queue length and open more counters. or management needs to add more manpower since it looks like the workers are not enough .

This is my first time came here, for my laser treatment at Glo Laser Centre on 2nd floor. One Utame is huge and i think i need maps for the 2nd visit anyway lots of things can do here. There is aeon and isetan, so can home shopping. There are huge number of dining choices so just decide to have what for lunch or dinner i saw Maybank Atm and CIMB Atm.

AEON Bandar Utama supermarket leads the way in supermarket unhygiene. 2 offenders spotted in the span of 5 minutes. It has now become the national shopping pastime. Footwear that has visited the toilet spreads germs all over the shopping trolleys. If you wouldn't eat off the toilet floor then why would you eat food placed in such shopping trolleys?

BACK TO SCHOOL Awat teruk sangat tempat pembelian 'Back to school'. Dah lah tempatnya panas, lantai platform tak sekata, nasib tak terkehel kaki. Staff kata tak ada tempat lain..like seriously..sebesar2 1 utama..sebesar2 AEON..tak ada tempat..pathetic lah korang ni..better pergi beli kat tempat lain. Barang pun bukan murah..rata2 baju adlh rm40 ke atas..

Lots of lots of promo deals at Aeon! Not that cheap for most items, but if you stick to the promo items, it's worth getting grocery there! Love the food court area where you can buy all kinds of packed meals at reasonably cheap price! And enjoy eating right there! The bakery has some good buns, breads, and croissants and cakes etc!

8/5/2023 12:25pm - royal thai tea today worst ever. that was our fav drink at the foodcourt. at first wanted to buy from oldtown, but my fren said, go get royal thai tea, coz its always the best. but so unlucky today. very2 bad taste. we returned it. and we dont bother to get a new one. anggap la sedekah from us.

I can never understand why on weekends, you know you have large crowds doing their weekly grocery and some just wanna grab some items and quickly exit and yet you only open ONE (1) express counter!!! Why!!!?! And some more you reserved TWO express counters with staffs for this Bee Apps???!? Such bad management.

Management kindly take note. Ur staff rejected to accept E-wallet/ card at 17/9/2023 9pm claiming line is slow, requested only cash. I insisted to use E-wallet n the payment didn’t have any issue, connecting to host immediately n next 2 seconds receipt print out. Not sure why ur staff was telling lies.

Great variety of products with reasonable quality and price, the staff are very friendly. At the grocery section, there are selection of imported Japanese products. The environment is clean, spacious and relaxing, one of the best outlet. The number of visitors are controlled according to SOP.

This AEON is HUGE! It is consisting of 4 floors and there's a food court, grocery store, fashion store all in one AEON. The place might be busy all day long and there's some great food in the food court. I recommend the pizza, its cheap and tasty. Just check if it is freshly made.

Aeon supermarket trolleys are really bad. A lot “senget”. Also the other day I went to the aeon supermarket at the sphere bangsar south. After testing out 2 trolleys I gave up and left and didn’t buy anything. I don’t have this trolley problem at village grocer or jaya grocer.

Love to shopping here because have TGV and GSC if want to watch movies,have neway if want to sing, have food court and many restaurants if want to eat,and many shops so can find anything here especially have parkson and jusco. Bookstore also

Newly renovated, plenty of seating area for dining and plenty of food selections for takeaway. Best at supermarket is the fresh and live seafood. Electronics and appliances at lower ground level with lots of choices and reasonable price.

Unfair treatment, we reached to the customer services counter and checking the services, someone else cut us and the employees started to assist the other person instead of us. Hopefully in future employees provide fair treatment to all.

8.30pm, 3 different cashiers station, only 1 counter got staff, and that 1 counter also only 1 staff working, clearly can see lots of promoter (Aeon uniform), standing aside, dont even bother to help out, despite long queue.

Their party pack salmon sushi is fresh. Usually need to preorder days in advance. But this morning the staffs let me order and collect at night. Salmon sushi is fresh and as good as zanmai sushi. Affordable and convenient.

Given a facelift, shopping here seems to be in disarray with so many sections but few bargains. Disappointingly prices here are becoming uncompetitive even with premium Village Grocer and economical Lotus Tesco supermarts.

This place is an ideal place for local produce & imported food stuffs. All fresh fruits, fresh vegetables. Seafood and etc. turkey chicken and beef. OMG... almost everything is fresh... reasonable price. Fresh juices..

AEON is a Japanese department store chain that is all over Malsysia. Their prices are always good & they have a terrific grocery store, bakery, & deli, usually downstairs at the lowest floor. Big thumbs up.

Everything you need under one roof. Probably more payment (of self payment counter) to ease the payment process. The F&B eating section should be cleaned more frequently to improve customer's satisfaction.

The Aeon supermarket has improved a lot now and some of the vegetables become cheaper prices. The Christmas deco is a bit more simple than the new wing but it's come with song and Christmas effects.

Huge transformation at the supermarket area. Very clean and so glad that the food stalls remained. Gotta check out this stall that sells looi cha and pan mee. The kimchi pan mee taste sooo good!

A mall that is easily accessible by MRT Bandar Utama station. AEON is always one of the.best place to shop. There's also a wide range of food outlets within AEON 1U with reasonably priced.

Self check out section is complete close! Only two counter open for people to pay. Same thing happen at upper level cloths counter. What is this ? People wasting so much time queing.
