Bought my Ford SZ territory from Carswitch and they had a roadworthy on it performed at this joint, they issued a roadworthy on a un roadworthy car, yes they did the rear bushes and rear breaks but the entire front end of the car is un roadworthy, the upper, lower, ball joints and control arms need replacing, I had to shell out $400 to get the centre bearing replaced only days after it "passed" the roadworthy. Spoke with AJ and they in short expected me to come back on Tuesday and expect me to drive from Geelong to Clayton South. The rear CV joint needs replacing and a whole heap of other work needs doing, VicRoads has been informed and a formal complaint has been lodged, Carswitch are refusing to even help with the issue, only course of action I'll have is getting the work done myself and then taking both AJ and Carswitch to VCAT.

Extremely disappointed with the service. Booked in for an early morning RWC dropped off car, did not answer phone, did not call through, had to physically showed up at the establishment at 5:30. Extremely unprofessional, was using incorrect tools for measuring car height (an oil can that was 10.4cm, not 10cm) did not issue first slip to advise what needed repairing. He continued to argue. Rectified the issues he verbally told me, returned the next business day he turned me away and wouldn't look at the car. He continued to argue. Have lodged a formal response with VicRoads.

Extremely dissapointed with AJ Carcare. Booked in my Hilux to have a gearbox swap over (parts supplied). My appointment was booked in 4 days time. Went in at 9am and was instantly turned away due to it being too hard and inconvenient for their service team. Very frustrating as I needed this done asap! Luckily I found another automotive repairer down the road. Who happily booked me in for 2 days time. They also told me the job would be done in a day and wouldn't be an issue at all. Will not be returning here to Aj's.

I've been having my old Saab maintained by Andy and his team for about four years - they are always dependable, honest, and fair priced. Andy will go out of his way to provide solutions to tricky problems. Great service, will keep going back as long as I live in Victoria!

Cheap honest and fast car repair. The guy showed me the problem, let me leave without paying upfront, brought it back the next day and drove it off that evening. Hate having to find a new car guy when moving city, this dude lived up to his ratings.
