Ebony Barnes is one screwed on woman, really took me by suprise. Ebony called me today and as soon as she mentioned 'property' I had every intention of ending the call within 60 seconds. I just thought at the very start it was one of those everyday person with very little knowledge of the Dubai real estate market doing their regular cold callings. But Ebony was a different cattle of fish altogether. Firstly her approach was very sleek and professional she presented her self remarkably well and kept me interested in the flow of the conversation - so so so smooth she was. I could have carried on for hours talking to her but my fish n' chips were gettin cold so I had to rush her. :) I found her to be very accurate and informative, I was firing all kinds of random questions at her, she didn't hesitate or struggle answering any of them. Not once did she say, I'll find out and get back to you. Ebony answers were all backed up with facts and figures. I'm looking forward to definitely working with Ebony from now on, this woman is like blessing! I'm so happy I found her (or she found me) lolz. Will recommend my other associates to liaise with with Ebony in getting sound professional advice before making any real estate decisions. Ebony is like a one stop shop. I started at ALH Properties as a Property Consultant earlier this month and it was my first sales job after graduating university. My experience has been fantastic. I was told what to expect as a real estate agent in Dubai in the interview stage by the management team. They were friendly , straight to the point, happy to offer help with anything and everything. The one week training by Head of Sales and Leasing , was informative , practical and filled with exercises that got us out of the office and truly learning about Dubai Real Estate market firsthand. Starting on the sales floor was quite intimidating but easily became natural with the fun and supportive atmosphere and close relationships between the sales team, admin and management. I would highly recommend as a great place to start you career in Dubai Real estate.

I had THE best experience with Kiewiet from ALH. It started off with scouting the right property followed by the due diligence and advice on the entire rental process as I was new to Dubai. It’s the first time I rented a non-serviced apartment, so the process was new to me. Very bad experience with this community as I rented property and the AC was not working and they keep telling me we will send the maintenance and when the maintenance came they said that there is no problem with the AC then i called the police and when i called the police they transferred me to another studio after 4 days suffering with the AC. At the end of mu stay they deducted 50AED for damage only one cup of glass!!!!!!!! Can’t believe that.
