I called on Monday and booked an appointment at 11 AM on Saturday for Keratin treatment. I was advised that the starting price is $150 and will confirm the price after checking my hair length. Fair enough. I was called on Friday afternoon to check what the treatment is for as they have made note that it’s only noted as treatment and I told that I have booked an appointment for Keratin treatment. The person who called me told me in a rude tone that she cannot give appointments on Saturday for Keratin treatment as it takes 3 to 4 hours. She was not even apologetic for canceling the appointment. On top of this she was saying that the starting price is $200. How can people who are taking business number tell the price if they don’t even know about it. Needless to say I happily cancelled the appointment as I do not want to go to a place where I am not welcomed and rather treated rudely. Also not trust worthy when it comes to pricing. Google should start having zero rating as an option as there are definitely people who deserve zero ratings.

I went in yesterday for a facial and I was as welcomed and accommodated for even without an appointment. The ladies are very professional and recommended the correct facial for my skin needs. The salon is very clean and smells very nice. The facial room was very relaxing with the dim lights. The facial was very nice and the lady (forgot her name I think Seema) made sure I was comfortable throughout. The facial and back massage was HEAVEN. I literally didn't want it to finish and I felt like I was about to sleep! That's how relaxing it felt. When my facial was finished, I looked at my skin and it instantly looked better, nourished, brighter and soft. The next day and my skin is still soft. My skin feels nourished, fresh, clean and bright. Even my husband noticed that my skin and face looked fresh and bright! No more dry dull skin for me. Prices are very reasonable as well. I will definitely be back in 3 weeks time for my next facial and will be booking a massage soon.

Seema (therapist and the owner) and her team run the parlour exceptionally well. They go out of their way to deliver and exceed customer satisfaction. They pay attention to detail in every treatment, from a facial, to a hair cut, to eyebrow threading. They always encourage you to confirm if you are happy/satisfied with the service/treatment delivered. The staff are warm and friendly, prices are competitive and the parlour is clean and hygienic. I live in the city, and whilst I am able to find lots of parlours nearby (as opposed to travelling close to 1hour each time), I continue to support them and be a regular customer of Seema as the service delivery and the technical skills make me feel refreshed and super! Thanks for taking such good care of me!

Seemaji at All About You is by far the best when it comes to brazillian. I am 35 weeks pregnant and was highly skeptical getting waxed down there at this stage. I was told I will never regret after I have experienced Seemaji's gentle hands. And true it was! I regret not coming here earlier. Mehndiji from All About You waxed my hands and legs, again providing excellent service. I have visited nice fancy beauty parlours and received mediocre services at a very high price. All About You is a very clean, hygienic and affordable parlour. It's a must visit if you want to get brazillian done specially if you are pregnant!!!! I can't emphasise this enough. Its been almost two years Since I have been going for beauty services. I was passing by the salon when I just thought like getting my eyebrows done and I found perfection in Seema di’s hands! This is one of the best parlours in Sydney. Today was my very first time to visit this service, the environment is so inviting, the staff (Mandy and Pansy) are so warming and especially Seema ji is the best when it comes to customer service. As I spent a lot of time there doing my hair colour, highlights and facial and eyebrows. I felt so comfortable there as Seema ji made sure my needs were met and she keep serving me until I was satisfied with the hair colour I actually wanted. I usually have a very good experience at this Beauty Salon, however in the afternoon on Saturday the 27th of Feb I did not. I had my eyebrows and lower lip threaded by an older woman who I found to be extremely rude and rough. I regret staying until the end, i wish i had got up and left. I have had pain around my eyes and nose ever since. To be so rough with a customer when they are in a vulnerable position is not acceptable, she made me feel very tense and stressed, and throughout she frequently poked me in the eye. I have been getting threading done for over 7 years now and never have i ever had someone treat me so carelessly as i was on that day. Very disappointed.

The vibe at All About You is very warm and welcoming. Seema, a therapist and the owner, has amazing skill and professionalism. I have to commend her for helping me out of a sticky spot when I needed a makeup artist, at an extremely short notice, in peak wedding season, while she herself was out of town. Needless to say, I was not disappointed. The staff are well trained/experienced and know their trade well. It's always a pleasure to go in for any treatment - facials, waxing, threading, manicures/pedicures, makeup, hair dressing, etc - everything is done with great attention to detail. You will not be disappointed - highly recommend All About You.

I went there after reading good reviews from google but I found myself its really deserved it. because its really good parlour with good customer service and i like most about it’s cleanliness and hygienic atmosphere. And they help me to my hair done with good recommend style .thanks Seema auntie But ,by only one thing i was disappointed which is in salon flyer it said layer haircut $25 its not from . i agree i got thick hair and long hair but i wasn’t paid more than $35 for cutting to anywhere. However they charge me with discount price $45 which I found quite expensive but except that all superb .

I actually randomly found this place by googling but this place is now my favourite place. It is a quite salon (I came on a Saturday afternoon) but there was no long line and the girls took their time when giving me a pedicure and waxing my legs. Today was my wife's first visit to this parlour and she came home very happy and ecstatic about the experience. She spoke how Seema ji understood her needs and was very understanding and knowledgeable while Pawan was a great help and provided excellent support . Most importantly they were both very kind and caring and helped my wife a lot . Probably the best feedback I have heard from my wife across all Sydney parlours . We are happy to recommend it .

Wouldn't recommend for a facial... Didn't have a good experience. There was black hair on the disposable sheet over the pillow. I removed it.. The cloth had stains on it so I removed that too. Blankets on the bed were old.. I still stayed though(benefit of the doubt). No relaxing music playing.. All you could hear was the staff chatting. Lying in the dark. No lights for the room. The whole set up was not relaxing at all unfortunately!

I had done a haircut from this place and the owner had great recommendations for my hairstyle and what would suit my face and figure . Years of experience in the beauty industry could be felt when she was explaining what would suit me the best. I highly recommend this place for women who have thick hair and wavy texture kinda of hair type . This place could do wonders to your hairstyle.

Don’t go if the owner lady is providing service to you. The staff is quite ok but the owner lady also provides services which is pure waste of money and time. She will be in a hurry and doesn’t concentrate on giving good service to the customer . Just does the work to complete it quickly. It’s not my first experience and definitely wouldn’t recommend if she is giving the service

Previously wrote a review last year for amazing threading but they are also waxing queens! They take their time and make sure the area you are getting waxed is hair-free. They also use correct waxing techniques which ensure the session is as painless as possible. Absolutely love the girls here! Booking an appointment for a waxing session is always recommended.

Worst customer service ever!!!! If you are busy just say we cannot provide service rather than rushing and butchering someone !!! An unassuming station-side salon that looks unpromising from the outside but certainly delivers. Raman did my eyebrows and was exceptionally quick, careful and mindful. My eyebrows turned out great. It was also very cheap at $7. Staff are quiet and not overly friendly but efficient.
