One of the worst customer experiences ever. Manager of the store didn’t brother to stop a phone conversation while serving my daughters and myself. We came to get slushies and she didn’t bother to inform us that ice cream machine is out of order. When I pulled the gauge (there was no sign stating that it’s broken) melted ice cream poured on the floor and our clothes. I called her for help, but she started to be rude with me and told me that I never asked for ice cream. If she would put her phone away while serving us she would know that I wanted slushies with ice cream. When I asked for contact to owner she firstly refused to provide it. I got it after all, but I don’t know her name, because she refused to give it to me. She only said she’s the manager. Do not recommend to visit, cause you can be shouted at for asking for good service.

Most inconvenient convenience store ever. Never have what I want, always running out of things I always buy multiple times a week, outrageous prices. Whoever is in charge of ordering really needs to get their act together, I've told them over and over they need to order more of the stuff I always buy, but they never do. Once it's stocked, it lasts about a month, then there's like 3 weeks up to 2 MONTHS before they stock it again. Only reason it gets 2 stars is it's close to my home. I thought maybe all AM/PM Convenience Stores were this poorly run and was avoiding the one on Jasper for the above reasons. Finally visited it recently, and it's fantastic.

Was excited another convenience store was coming in to fill the space after 7-11 left, buuut... there's an odd product selection that doesn't include fairly common convenience store items, and the staff are the worst, unfriendly, can't be bothered to pause their phone conversations or pull out their earbuds to greet you, and wear their face masks covering nothing more than their chins (if that) in the height of a pandemic. Put that together with the limited opening hours and it really is more of an INconvenience store. A shame since it's the closest option for me, but I find myself driving farther afield to avoid this place.

This was my third visit here to buy things. The prices are high, even by convenience store standards, and the selection isn't as good as 7-Eleven or Macs/Circle K. My last visit there was indeed my last visit there when I found out they marked up bags of ice to $6 to take advantage of the heat wave. That's not the type of management decision that aligns with the generous nature of our community. I'll be driving, riding, or walking a little further to support another franchise owner that doesn't employ such opportunistic tactics.

Very good store ,polite and helpful people works here. Especially a new staff in the evening shift. Very kind , soft spoken, takes care of elderly customer ,helps them in picking the products from shelves. Make sure the availability of products in the very next visit to the store. Keep it up guys …

Arrived with my 5 year old, he was shaking he had to use the toilet so bad. I asked the clerk if he could use the washroom, they wouldnt allow it. I offered $50 they still said no. We left to get in the vehicle and the clerk followed out

HORRIBLE STORE. OVER PRICED. THEY JACKED UP ALL THE PRICES!!!! THE EXTRA LARGE SLUSH IS ABOUT THE SIZE OF A MEDIUM ANYWHERE ELSE AND THEY CHARGE FULL PRICE!!!! CASHIER WAS RUDE. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE STORE!!!!!!! WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!!!

Opens at 7 my arse, been waiting out here for my morning caffeine fix for 30 minutes (arrived at 7:10), no punctuation with employees clearly, change y’all’s schedule before putting an opening time

Seems to be quite a bit more expensive than the 711 that it replaced. Some of the Staff members come off as kind of rude. Place is always pretty clean though.

Decided to change my review. This store is not AM or PM convenient. It is MIDDAY convenient. It is convenient if you don't work in the AM or in the PM.

This is the worst convenience store in the neighborhood. Just go to the Macs.
