Blue beetle ! One of the best action movies I’ve seen so far this year ! Buy your tickets in advance to avoid a long wait in line for a ticket . Comfort seating along with a variety of food and snacks . Even the sounding was so much better than any theater I have been to . Perfect …
Bathroom stalls don't close and are generally gross, the food is smelly and makes the entire theatre smell like a fried food fun fair, no room for coats or bags when seated. The theatre experience just isn't enjoyable. It's a nice building but seems wasted. Signage of theatres unclear.
Was happy to be able to see a wonderful movie with a group of my closest friends however, I wish the seats in theater 2 were more comfortable and up to date. They were fabric and did not really recline. Otherwise, theater was clean and had no tech issues.
If the movie you are seeing is in theater 22, dont choose seat F4 as it is broken. All of the seats are quite gross, I felt like something was going to crawl on me at any moment so I didn't even take my jacket off. The staff was the only saving grace.
I came here on a date late on a Sunday. As we were walking up to our seats we seen two running down the steps. Not to mention the floors were disgusting and the seats were even more disgusting. This is 42nd st so tbh the facility should
One of the best and well preserved movie theaters! It features nice architecture that has made this a landmark for AMC. A neat spot to catch any of the latest movie releases! The movie theater experience here is simply amazing and spacious!
It’s okay, nothing special if I’m being honest. There is a lot of floors and elevators (which sometimes don’t work), but I personally don’t mind it too much. The theater could definitely be a bit cleaner as there have been a few times where
Came to see Taylor Swift 3pm show auditorium 24. Mice running on the lower set of seats. Security guys disappeared at change of shows. Sketchy characters moving from one auditorium to another. Guys smoking weed in the restroom. Waiting for
I saw a rat in my theater. Immediately walked out and told a manager. They kindly refunded me and gave me a free ticket to any AMC location, but they didn’t ask any follow-up questions so I have a feeling they are aware of the rat problem.
What an awful experience at this AMC theater. We saw a movie in theater 16 on 1/27 and damn was it a rollercoaster in the worst way. In a six story building, only 1 escalator was operational. The theater itself was like it was lost in time
Beautiful theatre and easy to get. To with its central location. Offers Dolby cinema, which is the best way to watch at any AMC. However, most of the other auditoriums are outdated and a bit run down. A plus though is the ease of access to
If it wasn't for the various escalators to get to the screens, I would have given it 5 Stars. Now for the experience of this AMC theater, the concession stand moved quickly and the IMAX screen was decent to enjoy the movie we went to see.
Very very filthy. Theater 16 was horrendous. Get it together. Starting a movie with the lights on is not it. I was thinking because I'm heading to times Square it will be an amazing experience. I didn't feel like sitting down because the
Went to see Avatar The way of Water here, first time visiting the cinema, and I'm pleasantly surprised. The lobby looked a little run down, but the theater itself was fantastic. The Dolby 3D room that I saw the movie in (Theater 8) was
Something that I appreciate is that this cinema offers movies in other languages (dubbed or with subtitles in Spanish or Hindi, etc.) that I have not found even in other AMCs in Manhattan, which makes me return to this theater for that
I love the theater, but they need to work on some of the electrical stairs that didn’t work on that they. Every thing was clean and nice, but at the end of the movie the maintenance crew made us walk back from the 6th floor to take the
The AMC Empire 25 is a 25-screen movie theater located in the heart of Times Square in New York City. It is one of the most popular theaters in the city, and is known for its large screens, comfortable seats, and state-of-the-art sound
Nice theatres. Clean and tidy. Went up 6 floors for the movie. There are about 50 screens. Price was costly as it was a new release. Watched “Salaar” movie. Sound and video quality was good but it was only about 100 seats. I recommend.
Honestly hadn’t come here since before the pandemic. Decided to take my kids and I remember why I come here. It’s strikingly pretty, enormous, and the city views are beautiful from here. I’ve been coming here all my life and it keeps
Bathrooms are tiny. Seats are outdated and incredibly uncomfortable. Reclining my butt. They have 2 elevators but only allow one to be in service at a time despite it being incredibly crowded. Wheelchairs aren’t given priority in the
I visit this AMC 25 theater more often than any other theater in city-- usually for IMAX or Dolby Prime formats. A)most always order my ticket online, so my wait times are minimized. Usually go right up escalator, and with my A-list
The renovated Prime and Dolby theatres are the only positive things this place has to offer. The rest of the theatres are old, disgusting, and not renovated. I wouldn’t be surprised if there were rats and bed bugs running around.
A bigger NY movie theatre near the busy Times Square with kind staff and comfortable seats. They have 25 screens with a good number of restaurants nearby and are conveniently located between two subway stations.
Kaysy was so amazing to me at concessions!!! I had an awesome experience with her, she made me feel so welcomed and like we were practically friends for years. She was amazing and her colorful hair was so cute!
I’m an AMC Stubs A-List member, and I go to this theater 90% of the time I see a movie, but not anymore. Tonight I went there like usual, except with a date and AMC completely ruined my night.
Off rip, I'm never coming back here. Who would expect the theater on 42nd Street to have old chairs? Like, this is blowing my mind! They should have all the updates.
I went to the 12pm show and everyone at the theater was so pleasant. The staff smiled and were engaging and quick with my order. I strongly recommend this location.
This theater needs a lot of work, you just get the feeling that because it’s so old and outdated that they just totally gave up on the place.
Worst experience with seating the view is totally obstructed the just added seats when there is no complete visibility of the screen
