I dealt with Brendan who went above and beyond to answer any and all questions I had (there was a few). He was very knowledgeable and what he didn’t know he found out for us. We also had to have our mains supply upgraded at the same time. The team arrived on time and had the job done in a timely manner and came back to finish the remainder of the install in a short time frame (we had the walls and roof removed prior to install). I obtained a few quote and Amplify Electrical were very affordable in comparison. however, our reason for choosing Amplify Electrical was because of their great communication and going above and beyond to help us out. Amplify Electrical contacted me when I put a query on Hi-Pages. They were not the cheapest out of the 7 quotes I received but they had the best reviews and major brands so I chose them. I received a full quote with a break down of the prices with install and outside wall mount for the recommended Split System Air Conditioner for my bedroom. Installer was punctual, clean and tidy and nicely mannered. Had all the necessary equipment and parts for my install of the Air-Con. No extra cost and job quality was 5 STARS. Had previously used another Electrician but he was very difficult to pin down and get booked in. Came across Amplify, checked their reviews and also the number of reviews and decided to get them on site for a quote. Harry came on site to take details for the quote, struck me as switched on and within reason nothing was a big drama re installing power points. lights etc. Quote came back ok so I booked them in. We had multiple sparkies on site, everyone was polite, the work was completed in one day and the adjusted quote came back slightly cheaper than the original quote due to some changes. This is long overdue, we’ve now had the Amplify crew help us a few times. They’ve almost reinstalled all our electrical outputs, replaced and installed our air-cons a few times over (god bless their patience with us on our peace meal approach). UNMATCHABLE SERVICE!! Had a full ducted air-conditioning system quoted but was dreading the massive job involved and had been hesitant in going ahead. Boy, was I wrong!! Lucas arrived on time to install our air conditioners. He and his colleagues’ workmanship was of a very high standard. I was consulted by Lucas when a decision on the installation was required so head units ,outside units and even drain lines are all in positions we wanted. Lucas was very pleasant and easy to get on with. The site was left tidy and clean. Top job done. Also Shane the director contacted us on the phone immediately we requested a quote so as we could discuss the details of the installation. No other company we approached actually rang us to discuss. Shane, Keyana, Brendan and Ryan who we've been dealing with for almost a year now have been fantastic. Always very professional and competively priced - really good value at the end of the day for the quality work they do. We've had them upgrade the old equipment in the place we moved into as well as help us on our way to a "smart home" where we now have everything running on auto pilot for the most part and all jobs looking very nice. Six brand new fans, smart sockets, cleaning up old wiring and making sure things are safe plus a bunch of other things all knocked over in no time and we're now enjoying the next phase of our house. Amplify quickly provided and quote for the work based on a video inspection. Their technician showed up on time and completed the job quickly and professionally. An update, they also completed a solar installation, fan changeover, and ceiling fan installation recently. Installed a solar energy system for my business, 20kw of panels, 15kw fronius inverter, arrived on time, completed job within the time frame we agreed, and came in under our budget. The best quote we had out of 5 other suppliers for quality brand panels and inverter. After sale service amazing too, they realised there was a fault with the inverter after a few weeks and showed up out of the blue to fix it, we didn't even know there was a problem at this point. Excellent service, great communication. Initially had solar system replaced(upgraded to a bigger system). Shane discussed all options and there was no pressure. Lots of options and information given. I had a new Mitsubishi A/C unit supplied and fitted by Amplify Electrical. They did an excellent job with the install and left no mess behind. The Electrician was friendly. These guys are legends at what they do! My brother and I got 3 aircons installed each, so total 6. They offered the best price and great professional service. One of the aircons started making some funny noise and I had to call them back. They were prompt in responding and they spent 1 full day fixing the issue. I am in the process of purchasing 1 more aircon for our living room. It's a clear choice whom will I be approaching first.

Shane and the other guys at Amplify are awesome. They did A grade work installing our Solar and security cameras mid last year. Had to call them again this weekend as our dog chewed through a power cord and tripped the safety switch, which then wouldn't reset. Shane overstated the power that would be generated by our new system significantly. This means the pay back time will be materially longer than he advised. He stopped communicating when I raised this issue after the system was in place for a while. Other than that the job was completed on time and based on my limited knowledge, to a good standard. Prompt replies to my initial enquiry and managed to fit us in earlier due to a cancellation. The installers were on time and did the work with minimal fuss. Replaced an existing AC unit, 2 entrance lights, sensor light and hooked up a power point. This is the second time we have used Amplify and will be definitely using them again in the future!

They charge us and we paid them as they quoted but did not do the service; our air condition was never fixed; they only moved the air con where we wanted them to but claimed extra charges for apparently sealing the leak on the outside unit
