Worst service ever, Been going there every day for 6 months Isabelle is the worst No greetinh as a regular customer , and then people are busy talking behind counter about personal things and making fun of customers. Will not be going there any more AMPM needs to train their staff No wonder they always have sign saying staff needed Ignore this place Will be reporting to them to authorities like safe work SA and other ones too Seen enough when I get there every morning about 6am, the regulations they are breaking

Attended this site. Put Fuel in. Walked inside. Attempted to pay with phone google pay, eftpos terminal wouldn't accept payment. My phone sent information but terminal wouldn't process. Operator tells me they have issues with Google pay. Digital payments are the norm there days and convenient. Sort out your eftpos terminals to technology that works.

Over the past few months, when ordering a coffee it tastes like warm milk. I've noticed you are weighing the portion of coffee once ground and taking coffee away. Please don't do this because if I want warm milk I'll buy milk and warm it up myself and save myself $5 and then buy my fuel and other stuff elsewhere.

Store does not accept BP gift cards and team member had no idea how to process one even if they did. Lucky I went in to check before filling up. On other occasions the customer service is less than desirable at this store 0 stars plus its run down and forecourt pumps are dirty and need a clean

Poor and inattentive service. Team member forgot to scan reward card as he was looking at something else. When requested, did not offer any solution, like it didn't matter. It is not about a few rewards points, it's more about what care you show to your customers. Disappointing.

Large service station with on-site car wash and convenience store. On the corner of two arterial roads. Fuel prices are subject to the market but usually a bit cheaper depending on the day Plenty of refreshments and a fair range of grocery items
