Excellent customer service! Firstly, I called to get an estimate for no additional charge. Once quoted, Danny said he was available to come over in 20 minutes from where I live. He arrived exactly on time and assisted in unlocking my locked out car. He was careful and a complete pro in ensuring not to damage the vehicle. Afterwards he willingly offered to boost my dead car battery free of charge. He then assisted in hooking up my battery car charger as well. Overall, Danny is a real nice guy and a complete pro. Highly recommend.

Heading off to baseball. Asked the boy to start the truck. He did but he also locked my keys inside with it running. Danny was at my place in what seemed instantly and had me driving in no time. Danny is legitimate and honest. Picked up the phone promptly. He quoted us a reasonable price after sending him a photo of my lock, was here in 20 minutes on a Saturday night. Picked the lock with no damage in 30 seconds, did not try to scam or charge more. You can definitely trust this guy.

Needed a lock smith, I was located near the company address, it is during the cold snap, He said car won’t start can’t come, I offered to pick him up (in my other vehicle) if need be . Never responded. Clearly wasn’t interested in helping!
