Every time I come here the wait is extraordinary. If I didn't have an existing account I wouldn't choose to bank with them. The waste of my time costs me far more than any product savings or incentives the bank may offer me. Having said that, once I do get service, the staff are great. Very helpful and informed. But 20-30 mins waiting time, no matter what time of day I go, is just too much.

This was originally a 1 star review. I felt that things weren't handled well after a rare event occurred involving an ATM error (cash vanished on deposit). The issue was not handled well by the branch nor ANZ to begin with. However, my money was eventually refunded and the bank manager was very empathetic and compensated me as a valued customer. Hence the 4 star review.

Often very dirty, 2 of the atms where not working at one time. They didn't even bother to put a sign up on that occasion.

The wait is too long. I give up everytime I try to do the line.
