Errors, miscommunication, negligence, whatever it was.... now I have to completely change all my business banking accounts. Not happy, but let's move on. I grew old waiting on the phone for help and the online contact tool was just a 20 minute waste of time trying to navigate without any semblance of getting closer to a person. So I went in to the branch and waited in line. What ever happened to giving us a number and letting us sit down!!!! Customer service has gone down. So by now I'm frustrated, annoyed, in an incredible hurry and standing in line for ages when I finally get someone. Vaosa Sila was amazing. She very clearly did actually care and she did everything she could to help. She also had an amazing way to deal with a very frustrated and annoyed customer. Well done Vaosa. Somehow without a solution, you turned an annoyed client changing banks, into a 5 Star Google review. For the record, you get five of them, none for the bank.
The female Islander was annoyed and rude to us when we came 30 minutes before closing time. She entertained us anyway, but you can tell she was not happy. We were there for identity verification. She asked for the license and did some typing in the computer and afterwards she said its done. Guess what! It was not done; we were advised by our broker about a week after we attended ANZ Mt. Ommaney that VOI (verification of identity) still needs to be sorted. The lady had more time advising us what to do with our savings account rather than attending to the reason why we were there in the first place. #ANZMtOmmaneypoorcostumerservice
It is almost impossible to contact this branch. I have been given business cards by two employees but the email addresses on them just bounce back. Therefore I am unable to arrange an appointment by email. I have just spent 20 minutes on hold to the generic number so can't get through that way ! All I want to do is arrange an appointment, but I need to travel for 30 minutes to get to the bank to walk in and make an appointment to come back another day !!! I understand the need for appointments but there has to be an easier way to contact the Bank to make one !
Initially I had a great experience at this branch and felt like I was heard and assisted well. But it seems like all they care about is applications and selling their products. I've emailed this specific person a few times because I had concerns or questions. Nothing. When I saw Her again she didn't even mention not answering, just that she'd seen my emails. What kind of service is that?? I even tried contacting via their direct number. No answer. How do I get through?? I've called to head office who gave me the branch number. Just useless. Might change banks.
I work for a company that has an account with ANZ, I went in today at Mount Ommaney to get change and some blue banking deposit bags...to say the least the staff were so rude and unhelpful. When asking for my licence the staff member snapped at me as I said that I had already given it to the guy that was first helping me.They made me feel so unwanted. Even when they finally gave me a pouch of bags, I was even acknowledged. I won't be going back to that branch ever again. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Wish I could give them zero stars.

Not only was she very good at her job Caitlyn was very personable and patient with us throughout the process of buying our first home. We couldn’t imagine anyone who could have done better and would highly recommend her to anyone!
Faa Tanuvasa really helped us this morning. We needed to break a deposit to pay for my Mum's retirement village. Faa worked with the ANZ corporate folks (I don't envy her but she got it done) for nearly an hour to make it happen. She even chased us out of the bank to ensure we had all the correct documentation (we needed a bank cheque). Excellent service - thanks Faa!
Used to be a 5 Star Review with the previous lot of staff working there. (3 yrs ago) Gone to 1 Star with the new lot of staff whos customer service has gone from bad to worse. Asking them a question or for assistance seems like too much effort for them. (2019 onwards)
Staff were very friendly helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to assist me with my financial enquiries. Suggestion: If you have any question about their products and want to ask staff, book an appointment (online). It saves waiting in the queue
I have tried multiple times to get access to the companies bank accounts. No one knows what they are doing. I tried to call the branch to discuss. No one picks up the phone. Called constantly for half an hour.

Mount Ommaney branch continues to shut everyday Saturday now, no one to ask anything or solve any problems - just nothing more than few ATM machines. Where is the customer service ?
If you ever want some peace and quiet, book an appointment here. They totally ignored us for 20+ minutes past our appointment time and then ignored us again as we left.
Anz is killing cash (thanks anz muppets on the board) - refuse to use there services and have terminated all products provided. Do the same and support banks who care.
Tops on customer advice and all other banking services from proficient staff members, especially Sandhya Guntur and Selina Feng.
Waste my time waiting to get call after they asked me to seat on the patient couch 1 hour 50 min later I decided to go home .
We had a great experience with Vaosa. She couldn’t have been any more helpful and is a great asset to the branch.
