This company has absolutely scammed me. I dropped car off with the understanding that it will be washed, confirmed that it would be washed by the time I had agreed on to be picked up (ie I said "will they be done washing it by this time", "yes" is the response). No wash was performed. I spoke to a Carlaine Visser who quite smugly informed we that no wash was performed and this is expected on a Sunday; my request for a refund was laughed off. I have been outright lied to and the company representative made it clear this was part of their business model. I will write a letter to Cape Town International management and see if I can get them sanctioned somehow.

I have used APS twice in the past month. I have found them to be professional, courteous and to have looked after my vehicle. A valet is included in the price, but this will only happen if you leave your keys otherwise they cannot take it to the washbay or clean inside. My 1st experience was perfect but my recent trip saw the inside have rather a cursory clean which was disappointing. Your car will be driven a couple of km to get it out of the car park to the wash bay and back. From tracking the vehicle this tends to happen the day before you return to pick it up. APS is now my parking option of choice at Cape Town International Airport.

Very professional, excellent service albeit a little pricey. I have used similar services in Joburg, but read the reviews and was a little nervous leaving my new car. But seeing them respond to all comments put my mind at ease a little. The comfort of arriving and leaving in your own car is a winner. One weird down side that is not their fault is that there is not a lift near them to take excess luggage downstairs. The team were efficient and attentive and my car was beautifully clean and ready on arrival. Will be using them again for sure!

I'm not sure why it took me so long to discover APS Valet Parking - they are the BTE! I always assumed these services were overpriced, but my recent experienvce with them showed that it was cheaper than paid parking or the option of getting airport shuttles from home. Three full days (2 nights) cost R550 and my car had a wash and vacuum. It's never been cleaner. Thank you to Vince who told me about the company - I've already booked for my next trip.

When we got back from Johannesburg our Invoice and keys were ready and our car was spotless. I have been trying for weeks to get the management of APS cape town to respond to the damage they caused to our vehicle. I have the original paperwork and proof of their fault and neglected conduct. Yet they simply refuse to contact me. I'm horrified at the unprofessional behavior of this business. Save yoru self and hassle and risk. Use and Uber. APS is not to be trusted.

Wish I could rate them 0 stars. Had my car with them and on our return we got the car with a broken windscreen and the car wasn't even cleaned properly. I am extremely disappointed in their service! All that the so called manager could say was he will find out who it was and give me a call. The amount that one pays for this poor service is ridiculous.

Great value for money. I will rather park my car at the airport using APS than use an Uber which also costs me double. Your car gets a valet too. Early morning you greeted with a smile and late at night they still happy and you get your keys back with a bottled water. Bookings are easy to make and you have a few payment options, which is convenient.

Pathetic service. Got misled into parking in a bay which apparently belongs to APS. Upon arriving back from my overnight I was being forced to pay the valet rate. The disgusting thing is that they had not even cleaned my car yet they wanted me to pay for a service! I would avoid using this service at all costs, not to be trusted.

I urge anyone to do their homework before using these scam artists. Only after receiving my car back with a broken off mirror, I decided to go through the reviews. Only to find that a lot of people with damaged cars and APS not willing to take responsibility. Avoid them like the plague! They will be seeing me in court!

They damaged the bodywork of my car and even after I told them that it had to be repaired by an authorised repairer, did the repairs in house (by their own unqualified personnel) thus voiding the warranty on my car which is only a few months old. When I objected, I was told they did me a favour.

Car was returned scratched and not even cleaned properly and they insisted I still pay! Their records show the car had no scratches when I took it in, and they are now relying on their terms and conditions to attempt to refuse fixing it. Definitely avoid in future !

We left my car at APS for 7 days, got a message the day before our flight to say they were expecting us. We got there, car was spotless (they valet your car) happy friendly staff. Will most definately use APS Velet Services again. Happy customer!

Unfortunately, items stolen from vehicle. Car left open. No accountability whatsoever from APS and no follow up from APS. Will never use them again. Be very careful considering using them. There are other companies that offer the same service.
