First of all I’d like thank to Helena, for her time. Unfortunately I had to quite my sessions without getting my money back for 7 sessions in personal package left, so all together is 262,5 euro. I was told they are not refundable. How does it sound fair?)))) They sign a contact and not giving you a copy, so I asked to provide with a signed copy by me, 30 mins left, nobody could find it. I was told to come by another day Also, a few important points 1. You have to pay membership for 80 euro a month to take a personal trainings, for example 450 euro 12 sessions + 80 euro membership. But if you’re no finishing your 12 sessions in month, you need to pay another 80 for the next month membership and so on. And you cannot freeze a week if you can’t come 1 week. 2. There is a cancellation policy, but one phrase is opposite to another. 3. Overall nice gym, I mean machines. I hope you will spend my money on customer service courses at least or I can still accept my money back :) Thanks all for reading that.

Well the experience was nice , it’s a clean gym, you can park around easy and the equipment is new. My only problem is they don’t have too many machines and it’s a bit small. They have a lot of cardio machines but just one machine per certain exercises so if it is busy you have to wait. It was very hot inside for winter time. Changing rooms are very big and quite clean. Two spots for squats and deadlifts. There was nothing wrong but for my requirements I need more variations in equipment. It’s same prices as other gyms in Limassol.

Where do I start, this gym is what I think about when I think of the perfect gym. New and modern.! Top of the range equipment used. Great location. The awesome energy, motivate and knowledge that you get from the trainers here, they are eager to help and will to take time with you. The classes are intense for every level , and you will love the diverse workout combinations. I've never been in a gym with a better vibe and feels like your home.!! ;)

I started to go to this gym about 8 months ago. I can say that first - super nice facilities, new and modern gym, personal approach and not overcrowded. Also, i like that you have good quality personal trainings with a professional with a very good balance of quality and price! Andreas and his guys are very friendly, motivating and inspiring by their approach to work and for sure by their body shape)))

The gym is spacious and well equipped, the design is nice, the trainers are top, BUT the customer service is unprofessional. They cancelled the group classes without any prior notice, no announcement in their social media or APP, no refund for the subscription. Definitely need to hire a good receptionist and customer relationship manager who could take care of the clients and their needs.

Exceptional gym! The gym has everything you need, a variety of high quality equipment, extra room for abs and multiple cardio machines. The trainers and staff are very friendly and professional, and are always available in case you need them. The gym is also located in the city center with lots of parking, it’s very spacious and clean. Very happy would definitely recommend!!

Probably the best gym in cyprus and the only one just for personals, you have your privacy when you are working out the staff there are professional and attentive , the interior is very cool and cosy FEELS LIKE HOME, and about equipment they have everything like the biggest gyms!!I highly recommend it!!

If not probably the best gym i ever had a session, amazing interior adds to my mood a vibe of calmness especially after work. Professional team who is actually interested on your fitness level, clean and open wide space for your workout plus parking.Highly recommended!

Overall impression is really good. The one thing that disturbs me is LOUD MUSIC. Sometimes it is so loud that I can't even hear what my trainer says straight into my ear. Please do something with it and do not decline your customers who ask you to decrease the volume.
