Particular staff's attitude is really horrible, most of time when greetings over phone the response is rude, they even add extra money without notice. I heard from its former staff that ATC now is racial discriminated, initially I didn't believe so as I worked with them in my previous company the customer service was really good (her name is Jane if not wrong), but now I start to believe. Hope the boss can see and train his staffs in the right way otherwise it will be a pity as they get the specialty in this industry.

Terrible courier service. Our parcel was delivered to the wrong house. It had been marked as completed on the tracking and when I phoned to check where it was, as it was not at our house, I was told the courier had uploaded a photo into their system of the letterbox from the wrong house number. I had to send my husband over to retrieve it from the neighbours, and was not offered anything by ATC to rectify the issue. Our house number is written in bold all over the parcel. You have one job…

Our delivery as advised was supposed to be between 09:00-13:00. We were not advised until we contacted ACT couriers that it would be delivered at 19:00. Eventually when the delivery driver turned up, he advised me that we were not ground floor he would drop the delivery on the driveway. Given that it was raining heavily he should have perhaps thought about that. ACT couriers, your service delivery and customer satisfaction needs to be addressed.

I want to have some lunch. they called me very rude and say: we won't pay you money today. I am very said about this company. any one. if you want to working for this company. be careful please.

This company is terrible to say the least! Their employees are terrible and expect customers to carry their deliveries with them. They damaged my property during the course of delivery and now I am taking action against them at court. They hire employees that can’t even speak a word of English. AVOID at all cost.

I want to express my strong recommendation for ATC Couriers after using their services a number of times this year. On each occasion, they efficiently collected and delivered goods, consistently meeting schedules and ensuring the safety of items without any damage.
