ATI Riverside used to have five stars from me. I got excellent care there. Every single one of the physical therapists I worked with was top-notch. I sent my 80-year-old mother there. I tell every doctor I see about how awesome the physical therapists are there. Unfortunately, their billing department is an entirely different experience. I was sent to collections for a bill that should have been covered by my secondary insurance. To this day I've never received a bill from ATI, I never got a phone call from billing. The first I heard of this outstanding bill was when a collection agency called me. The collection agency collecting for a bill that the ATI billing department swears isn't in collections. I have spent hours on the phone over the last two weeks trying to resolve this issue. Don't bother leaving a voicemail for the billing department, they will not get back to you. Ever. I got contacted again today from the collection agency and had to call ATI three more tines to get an actual human to resolve this. Based on this very exasperating experience I can no longer recommend ATI.

Nice place , clean and friendly. Instructor's are very informative. Very good at what they do. John, Joe (Edwin), Howard, and Courtney these physical therapist are the best. Their personality are calming, inviting and caring. They make their environment warming and heart felt. They have god bearing patience. Because of their patience ,you (pt) have the ability to leave your injury at bay and focus on the correction of the problem. They try many different approaches which allows you to focus on more than one aspect of exercise. So, you the (pt) never become stagnated. Their motivation gives you (pt) a strong desire to perform or succeed in your efforts of exercises. And buy the way: Those guys need a raise.

Therapist (Joe) refused to treat area prescribed by doctor. Originally saw ATI after hip replacement. Doctor then advised (6 weeks after surgery) I concentrate on walking exercises (due to limping and balance issues) because my hip was no longer a probelm but I had neuropathy in my left foot and atrophied muscle in my left calf. Joe insisted I do hip exercises and ignored repeated requests to work on walking.

I had ACL recovery sessions with Amy Fletcher and John Dennis and they are the best people. They are very nice people who takes care of you and make sure you get better day by day. The facility is good with nice equipment and they clean it every time after you work out since it’s covid and they take all possible measures to keep you safe. I highly recommend this place if you need any Physical Theraphy

6330 Riverside Plaza Ln Ste 150, Albuquerque, NM 87120 I dig this place. It's not over crowded. Quiet. The staff is thorough. Helpful in my PT therapy. I'll definitely come back if I need PT in the future! One thing though, it's always a bit too warm in the room. Maybe some fans would be helpful. Just a thought for a creature comfort.

I've needed PT several times following various injuries over my decades. I think ATI and the therapists there are the finest I've ever worked with. They study the info & notes from your doctor's and customize a program that fits your needs. And they continually tweak your therapy as you progress towards recovery.

Most therapists and receptionist are excellent. Getting communication on insurance snafu was an absolute nightmare. I was overcharged $40 per visit, could not get a return call from insurance department. Yet they could send me an email congratulating me on completing PT. There is a big piece missing here.

The staff is great and connects with myself and the other patients I've noticed in the facility at the time. The are great and compassionate, all of them, Tony, Joe and the third guy (I'm so sorry I dont remember your name buddy!). One of these days I will be stronger with their assistance and I know it!

The exercises I have been given by the wonderful therapists are helping me to become stronger. Am very grateful to the staff for their care and concern. ATI approach to PT is concentrated on individual needs to meet your goals. The therapists really work with you for success.

Dependable guidance from caring therapists week after week. Step-by-step clear instructions are given tailored to my individual needs. Recovery from surgery has been guided by good people with helpful answers. ATI Physical Therapy at Riverside Plaza is a wise choice.

My physician recommended the ATI Physical Therapy Clinic to help reduce lower back pain. They are conveniently located in the Riverside Plaza, less than 10 minutes from my home. They have a friendly and knowledgeable staff. The facility is neat and clean.

The therapists at this location are amazing. Friendly, personable and caring, these are things I look for when getting rehab for my injuries. I have gone to several PT agencies in-town for my two ankle surgeries and this location by far has been awesome.

I highly recommend ATI. All Therapist are outgoing and connect with individual needs. I have had 4 sessions and already have better mobility of my shoulder. Keep up the good work you guys. Your all very awesome in what you do for each of your patients.

I believe they are so compassionate, and caring (Lindsey, and Bob) I felt safe in their care. And I believe in their knowledge of the body. I Trust them completely to take care of me and bring me back to functioning normally. Go team!

I have seen at least three therapists so far and each has had excellent skills and methods - a bit different each time so it never gets boring. Also, I’m feeling much better after just a couple weeks of therapy. Good folks!

So far everyone I’ve worked with is professional, knowledgeable, & personable. I would recommend ATI to anyone who has neck pain. I’ve previously done 6 months of PT post wreck in 2009. Similar exercises as I did in OR.

When I go for my appointment, I feel comfortable with my therapist. I’m confident in his knowledge in what is best for me. Looks out that I’m not in unnecessary pain and doing my exercises correctly.
