Wanted to bring this in light about your new Chatrapati shivaji Maharaj chowk branch, that I wouldn't prefer going here anyday bcoz staff doesn't properly ask the customer about what they want and directly go for things without acknowledging what they actually have to do , I mean you as a barber should do your job as per the customes preferences.. I just got an haircut from here and I am so disappointed by it , I clearly told him what to do and what not and he still went ahead to do the opposite . Won't suggest this place to anyone, as my first impression was so bad. The staff then would continue to argue how it is your fault and he has nothing to do with it. It was sucha bad vibe to spend money here and get what I got.

Not professionals at all... One of the employees just did not do my eyebrows correctly and she didn't have the courtesy to recognise her mistake also the owner told me that we will offer free eyebrows the next time... Who wants free eyebrows once you ruin the shape of an existing one... Pathetic service... Can't rate - hence giving 1 star but seriously pathetic service at least learn to treat your customers correctly .... Editing after reading the reviews... Girls plz don't visit here I can vouch on the fact that all the services offered to ladies are not up to the mark and yes I'm talking about the parlour near bhiwandi bypass

The hairstylist washed my hair immediately after applying conditioner and styled my hair with curling wand without any heat protection. When I asked him to apply heat protectent he said I am using very low heat but I could see lot of stem coming out of my hair. I asked multiple times for heat protection but he refused. Didn't ever applied serum after styling my hair which left my hair very dry at the end

Don't choose this place for facials You will get minimum results with not so fair pricing They hardly gave 5 minutes of facial massage which was very bad you can get much better options in local parlours Their assistant finished an expensive packaged facial within 45 minutes Very much disappointed
