Don’t buy from this company . Such a BAD RUDE company to deal with . I have had nothing but lack of service and rudeness from this company . I am sure their products are good but the process you have to go through is beyond frustrating . If you read other reviews you will see this as well . Ordered my boots over 3 months ago , received no email confirmation as their reply was .....not our problem if your email doesn’t work ! So asked for the order to be sent to my phone . No answer ... sent request again ....no answer. Phoned no answer .... emailed no answer. Boots arrived ..... wrong size !!!!! Oh no I thought this is going to be a nightmare . And it was. Go f through all the communication again to get a response . And not having any order details as I didn’t get them in the first place . I finally asked for a refund due to the fact that it was taking so long and the communication was so very unprofessional in fact non existent. I was sent a messenger message on my ohm w (in fact this is the only way I have been able to communicate with them). No answer sent it again and again . Finally an answer came . Every sentence had words in capital which meant they were ANNOYED AND SHOUTING AT ME . Everything was my fault nothing was there’s . I have asked for a refund and been refused. I still cannot communicate or get any answers. My original was placed on 21May. I’m still waiting on my replacement size. Meanwhile all boots are now half price or greatly reduced . My review along with copies of their rude communication and message are presently in the : Office of Fair Trading NSW. Do not buy from this company it’s far too much effort . Kym Wilson (Queensland). After extensive online research about all the different UGG boot brands and weighing up cost-benefit of both overseas made and Aussie made UGGs, this company had the best value for money. I bought 3 pairs for myself and family. There wasn't much communication after I paid through PayPal as I never got the automated message confirming the order so it was a bit nerve-wracking. They did come through just over a week later. They are amazing! Really high quality. Great leather, soft lining, proper stitching and solid but still flexible sole. My partner did order the wrong size though so I had to exchange. We tried contacting via email and the web chat but didn't get much of a reply as I couldn't quote the order number as I never received the email. Finally I got through via FB chat and the response was a bit faster. To return I paid $40 to send the package there with an enclosed envelope for return. Just as the company website says, I would recommend that you pick your sizes carefully. We got the correct size UGGs about 10 days later after receiving an email that it was on its way. The response from staff on Facebook was timely and very professional. I hardly ever shop online so once I could communicate with the shop, I was less nervous and it went smoothly. Would purchase again.

After being involved in marketing UGG Australia boots for a stint. I've come to the realisation that although the name is as Aussie as a meat pie, the actual final outcome is as cheap as cheap can be at a crazy price. Selling was easy. Dealing with selling easy Chinese made boots and gear as Australian was the hard part not to mention dealing with the aftermath. Complaints, complaints, complaints. But mostly my own conscience. I take pride in what I sell and try to endorse the product as being superior. That is where after some research I've came across Australian UGG Original and their work. Australian factory in Alexandria. Boots and apparel are stitched in which from start to finish. Product is sturdy, visually appealing, top notch, great price, Aussie as. No relation to the PRC in terms of production, mis guidance and being so surprisingly Un-Australian. Purchased a pair 5 years back, which are still in tact. Got a heap more for the family who are absolutely satisfied. Got approached to market their work. Tell you what they fly off that plate like hot cakes. Bought my first pair from the factory outlet online. Was told that I entered the wrong email address hence why no shipping information was sent, maybe my error. Received the boots within a day. absolutely love them. Giving the benefit of the doubt I made the error, I decided that I would register as a customer and purchase a birthday gift, trying to support Australian Made and a local business to my residence, adding to my Ugg collection. Attempted to make contact numerous times.. I emailed, messaged, and tried to call (no point calling when the number rings out) on numerous occasions. I note that the messages had been seen and no response is given. I understand this to be a busy time and due to COVID there are delays in postage etc, but when a customer makes contact and all correspondence is ignored and no response given, this leaves a VERY SOUR taste in the mouth of a customer and doesn’t give a person a reason to recommend a local business to other people, even though compliments are given on the boots worn. Item was mailed on day 10 (dont count weekends in turn around) .. and received a few days after..

Don't order here! I did not want to bring this issue to reviews but as there has been no reaction whatsoever to sent multiple emails I've sent since 4 weeks, I see no other option than to do it the public way. As I couldn't receive the package as it didn't arrive as I expected, and by the time it arrived I already have left the country, it was returned around three weeks ago. I've sent multiple emails, explaining my situation, asking the company to issue "return to sender" or to talk to me about the refund of the product I never received - but no one seems to care. You have your product back, untouched, unused - please refund me my money now! I've been patient, I've waited but now I'm starting to ask myself what kind of bad company this is. Not to answer their customers, ignore their emails and keep their money after the product has been returned.

Best purchase ever, worth every cent. I love my UGG boots from Australian Ugg Original. Would not consider buying a pair from anywhere else. Not that I need to as these are still in as new condition even after a year with continuous wear, especially over the winter period. LOVE my UGGs. Before buying these I was buying my uggs on a yearly bases from a retailer up in the blue mountains. And after 6mths each year I was throwing them out as they would get smelly and not fit right. But these ones I bought from this shop have been so comfortable and even after a year they are still as new. The wool hasn't flattened. They're not smelly and the fit is perfect. Definitely recommend and will buy from this retailer again.

Have used this company twice now. First time - excellent, no issues, super quick postage, well done. Second time - sent me the wrong pair due to a glitch in the system. After many attempts to contact the company, I was finally sent instruction on how to exchange. I followed instructions and sent the item via post, with tracking number to prove they have been delivered for a week. Have sent the company several messages on different social media platforms, to which I’m either not getting replies or when I do get a reply they are very vague and not providing me with the information I need. Am wondering if I’ll ever get my exchanged pair, or have I been ripped off!!

I contacted Australian UGG Original company on a Saturday morning at 7:30am via the online chat system and they answered my querry within 10 minutes. I then proceeded to drive to the factory outlet and purchased the Alpine classic short boots for an incredible price. I would recommend anyone that is thinking about buying UGG boots from here to go ahead and order them right away. The service from the staff at he warehouse was second to none. I will be purchasing all of my family's UGG boots exclusively from Australian Original from now on. 10 star service and 10+ star UGG boots.

I purchased a pair of slippers mid May and they broke a few weeks later. After making contact and liaising with a sales rep, it was confirmed someone would get back to me confirming next steps. Weeks later and still no one has contacted me. After a few followup messages, still no contact. As a paying customer, why am I having to chase? Where is the customer service? Really disappointed with the lack of customer service and wish I read the reviews prior to purchasing. Making quality slippers and customer service obviously isn't a strong point.

This has not occurred and I am advised they are being processed. I now believe sale items are reduced items that still have to be made. Just a pliy to increase sales. Bought the standard ugg boots. Only wore two winters indoors before they started to fall apart. Contacted them but no support at all past 12 months. They were quite blunt about it as well. Look for a smaller local company imo You will notice no negative reviews whatsoever on their own website or their ebay site. Suspicious much? And their responses to customer feedback on google is all you need to see whether this is a good company to deal with.

Fake! Not made in Australia at all! They have two websites one selling cheaper than the other but same company. When I queried the price difference as one was $80 the other site was $120, I was told one site that offered Afterpay, the price included shipping to Australia! So definitely sent from OS plus $20 more expensive. I ordered elsewhere. Buyer beware!

Boots were ordered a year ago. I tried contacting them several times. No answer on the phone and no response to emails. Buyer beware. The boots were nice but the sizes were cut differently in each shoe making them uncomfortable. I told my mom not to order them but she did anyway and basically just threw her money away.

Ordered end of November and still waiting one month later for delivery. Have emailed them 4 times, first time for the tracking number which they supplied and the rest they have yet to respond. The first Uggs I bought from here were $90, excellent quality and lasted 2 winters. I just bought a replacement pair which were more expensive ($120)... after 2 days wear they felt how my other ones did after a whole winter. Im really disappointed and will not be buying from here again.
