A very dishonest agency. Stay away if you can. They lied about everything, which created lots of headaches for me during the settlement. When you have a big transaction in your life to buy a house or even to rent out your investments, this is the last thing you want from an agency that is supposed to provide services to help you. When something goes wrong in the property, they just say "I'm not in that area, I can't go to that property", and throw you under the bus. The service is very unprofessional, lack of knowledge. The communication is terrible. The agents spelled my name wrongly even if I reminded them several times. Not to mention when it came to the communication during the settlement, which caused me to be nerve-wracking.

I met Simon some years ago to appraise my property out of curiosity, I found him to be honest and fresh to talk to. Years down the track, we contacted Simon to sell our parents home.
