I bought the Weekender Brunch package for me and my husband, with a 30 min massage, access to the SPA and brunch at away SPA. Despite its cool location, the place is extremely small and does not have a pool or a hot tub - just a sauna and a steam room. I didn't notice that before buying so that's on me, however it just didn't occur to me that in between saunas i'd have had to go to the bathroom to take a shower. The massage was ok but not great - we were asked where to focus on for the treatment. My therapist only focused on my back, she didn't touch the rest of my body although she had asked if i was ok with scalp massage. My husband was luckier as the therapist did focus on one area but covered the whole body. I was told the bathrooms were luxurious and that i would be able to access beauty products. In reality the bathrooms had shower gel, body and hand cream. And the beauty products were essentials like toothpaste. I asked for an eye cream and the employee gave me a face tonic, only when i left though. The brunch was the only luxurious part. No complaints there! They let us in earlier than what the voucher said, took our order promptly and the food was delicious! Overall, besides the brunch itself, a pretty underwhelming experience, not worth the price. The customer service that followed after was even worse: when I explained the situation and asked for a partial refund, I was basically told I got what I paid for, denied the staff on that day did not deliver a good service and just dismissed me like this. Bottom line - if you want to feel pampered, don't go to this spa. It is not worth the money!

There is a reason they are the best!! I went in with my sister last month to Away Spa ‍♀️ ‍♀️. I got the “Feel the Pressure” Massage. To be honest i have had a lot of massages but this was something else. I asked for my back and neck to be treated more as i work from home and my shoulders were stiff. The lady did a marvellous job! She was very kind and gentle. I had asked for deep pressure to be applied and my cracks and knots were all sorted. These things can be painful, but i did not twitch twice. I also had an away signature facial. Now, most facials are bunch load of creams but what you really want is someone to massage your face and get your nerves moving. This was exactly that! Again, Fabulous job! I almost fell into deep sleep it was so good. It wasn’t a creamy affair, if that is something you might be keen on. This is an express pressure point + face massage. The welcome was lovely with a decanter full of seasonal fruits infused water! And we got to use the steam and sauna after. Another bonus is obviously, you get a robe and house slippers! This is where you need to be on a weekend Courtesy, Maera

Really enjoyed our Detox Retox package. It was for a special occasion and both Csaba and Suzy were great. Super patient and informative. They even gave us banana bread complimentary, even though I was expecting to be charged. The spa area is not massive but it has everything you need. Just a few points of feedback; the package said it includes a cocktail or mocktail. We were given an elixir shot of turmeric and black pepper (it was good but I would have preferred the alcoholic drink). Also the steam room had lots of empty drinks cartons and cups from a previous group of guests. I moved them into the corner myself, however when the cleaning ladies came they didn’t go inside the sauna or steam room to clean, they only removed dirty robes and towels from the baskets. A quick check inside the sauna and steam room would make a difference as we were there for nearly 2 hours and it had not been tidied.

We stayed at the hotel and used the spa facilities. I have been trying to reach the spa over the phone for few days prior to our visit but they never pick up the phone. I enquired about treatments when I arrived but was told they are fully booked or had no availability. The spa facilities work on a first come first served basis for hotel guests. They told us to call from our room before going there to check on availability but again the phone was never picked up. Overall the spa seemed to be understaffed. I asked for a nail appointment and they said they are fully booked, though in the 2 hours I spent around the facilities all nail treatment areas where empty. The facilities where clean and nice. Just a bit disappointed that I could not get any treatments.

Really disappointing. The correspondence whilst trying to book was no timely. When we arrived we had to wait ages to be attended to. The receptionist then went in to open a door on a man changing even though we told her three times that someone was in there. My scrub was not half an hour and felt rushed. My Ren facial was ok. I hand enquired if we could use the facilities prior to our treatments but there is literally just a very small sauna and steam room. I was told I'd hear back from the manager today and haven't yet. I wouldn't waste your money and recommend going else where.

The steam room was closed and noone informed us in advance. The member of staff that showed us the "facilities" even pointed to the steam room and left us very confused when it wasn't even open. This meant my mother in law had an hour to use nothing but a tiny sauna crammed in with a couple. The massage was good but nothing special. It was also 3 times the price of a massage in other spas in London. The member of staff I raised my feedback with was condescending and I even had to ask for the mocktail we were owed as part of the package because she "forgot".disappointed

What an amazing spa hidden away on the 6th floor of the W hotel! I had a rewind facial with a brilliant therapist called Susan and I was blown away with how young and fresh I looked after! Great products by comfort zone I didn’t go home empty handed! Staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and really attentive! The spa area is so relaxing and chilled and I was offered a cocktail which was waiting for me as soon as my treatment had ended. The team at the spa are all so lovely thanks Tamara, Susan, agnis and the manager lucy! I will definitely be returning!

Amazing massage from Simone - thank you. However, the Spa facilities are small and cramped and you can hear staff and other guests while trying to relax. Gym was not too busy but the spa and hotel need to stop encouraging use of single plastics to further their marketing. ___ Responding to the reply from the spa. Glad to hear there is some progress 6 months in although disappointed to learn about the slow pace of change in the elimination of single use plastics at the W.

We came as a group of five and we really enjoyed the lovely treatments. The therapists and receptionists were very kind and the treatments extremely relaxing. The only are for improvement would be to have a larger relaxation area, maybe the W hotel would look to carve away some of the gym for this as having individual beds to relax on after the treatments would make this place perfect! The experience is very calm and relaxing and professional too.

Will give it a 4 for customer service as the team were great, I had a lovely lady Mikala who did a great job on scrub treatment. However for the prices charged, the spa was very underwhelming (hence the overall 3). It's tiny, cramped and the facilities quite poor for a central London hotel in the heart of Leicester Sq. I would expect much more and it did not meet expectations. If you're looking for an overall spa experience, this isn't it.

The atmosphere is amazing there! Very calm no rush no people just what you would expect from a spa. The stuff are amazing, very polite! Facilities are amazing too. Ive had a manicure and was very pleased with it until hardly a week later (I had shelllac) I realised that half of my nails cracked and broke. The nail polish didnt stay on even 5 days. This left me a bit dissapointed, eventhough a treatment itself was very nice.

Thank you Csaba for a wonderful spa afternoon. I arrived for my massage appointment and received a warm welcome and was shown the facilities that I could enjoy (including the steam room and sauna) ahead of my message appointment. I enjoyed time in both and then went for my massage with Csaba which was so relaxing! The massage, scents, music, ambience were all on point and I thank Csaba and the team for a lovely time.

My husband and I both had AWAY Signature Massages by NEOM for 60 mins. We both had amazing masseuses named Clara and Aimee. They were both friendly and gave us a warm welcome. My husband and I needed these massages really badly as we both had stressful and hectic last few months, so we were very happy with the way the girls took care of us and made sure we left relaxed. Thank you! :)

Treatment facilities are excellent - possibly the most comfortable massage table ever, very clean and climate controlled. Staff are lovely, although feedback during the massage (level of pressure, etc) was pretty much disregarded. The relaxation area is quite small and not very private which is really the area that could use the most improvement.

Spent my Sunday morning in AWAY SPA, and could return today! Amazing environment, staff and treatments! Steam room was very good! Felt pampered and really relaxed! Choba was attentive to my needs and helped me relaxe and enjoy For sure will return! The only wish I had was a pool to be part of the Spa, nevertheless will return! …

Best massage I've ever had! I came here for my birthday and was given a deep tissue massage by Simone. She was incredible, she really knew what she was talking about and was able to get deep into the areas I have been having problems with for a while! Won't get my massage done by any1 else now! Thank you Simone

Lovely spa tucked away in central London, very small but compact and everything you need. We went as a group of 3 day trip and had a lovely time. Fantastic staff and very clean facilities, they provided towels, robes and sandals on arrival. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash in showers.

Had a couple's facial, scrub and massage. Staff were all lovely and the gym, sauna and steam room use was a nice touch. Chsaba was absolutely exceptional, I've never felt so relaxed during a massage, absolutely incredible skill!

  • Paolo Bergamini

Best massage I've ever had, also really went above and beyond to make my partner's birthday extra special! Staff there were very friendly and made the whole experience feel 10/10 or I guess I should say 5 stars!

  • Lucy Halkyard

My partner and I visited away spa on Saturday and had the recovery treatment. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere was super relaxed and we enjoyed our treatments so much.

  • Andrew Betts

Extremely small, steam room very noisy, no drinking water provided within wet area. Treatment itself quite nice but being asked for a gratuity is unpleasant and unnecessary.

  • Star Star

The best facial treatment I have ever had. I felt so relaxed any my face was glowing after the treatment. My therapist, Christina was so amazing, friendly and professional.

I had a very relaxing afternoon in the sauna and steam room with a fabulous massage and a tasty green tea after it finished. The staff are patient and I didn’t feel rushed

  • mbolys

Great massage by Nathalie! Lovely sauna as well. Given that it’s London, the space is small but it’s totally fine because it was very clean and smeller good.
