let me start by saying I had decided to take a chance and try out this jeweler rather than go to who I normally go to because of a friends recommendation. I had gone in with a friend initially to get his grills done (which they had messed up as well) and decided to come back and do mine at the same place. off first impression they seemed nice and their shop was clean and bright. however the family who owns the business talked primarily in their own language, which I found not professional. i went back with my girlfriend and I put in my order for grills (mind you I had only asked for my bottom canines to be done and nothing else, only TWO teeth). two weeks later I had to call the store to see if they were done, no courtesy call to let you know to come pick up. upon receiving them I had noticed they were not even close to the design I had asked for. the guy helping me then said that my gf had decided for me that they would be plain gold, but changed the story once my gf came into the store. I found it funny how he said nothing once she was there. however I gave them a second chance, took another impression and waiting another week. again this time I had to call and see if they were ready and was not informed about the jewelry I was paying for. except this time they didn't even have my grills and said that I hadn't "bitten down properly enough to get a good mould". after doing how many moulds and grills for people you can't tell a good impression from a bad? at this point I was just fed up with the fact that they couldn't do TWO teeth right and just asked for my deposit back. if it weren't for the elder female worker being so nice regarding getting my money back I would have definitely snapped on the guy previously helping me since I had a problem everytime I dealt with him.

Scammers! My friend brought in a sapphire tennis bracelet to get a second opinion on and the person who looked at it told her they were fake stones and tried to buy the piece for 250(less than the value of the scrap gold of the bracelet). I called to see what the issue was and the woman on the other end of the call changed her story three times. At first, she said the stones were synthetic(lab grown), then she said the stones were just small and not worth much, then when I told her I was a jeweller as well she said I shouldn't argue about the price that they were willing to give when the piece was brought in to get an opinion on only and not to sell. Meanwhile with the bracelet is a certified independent appraisal valuing it at $4550 and stating there are only natural sapphires used and the weight of the gold bracelet to corroborate the facts of the issues I have had with this shop. The woman on the phone hung up on me when I was asking her to make up her mind on what the stones were so I could get a solid answer for what this shop calls natural stones. Even a rookie could make out these were natural with one look through a loop. Total scam artists trying to get the better of someone who may not know better. There are dozens of other shops you can go to for better quality customs(based on the pics shown here, these are amateurs), better prices, and higher valuations for your own goods if you decide you want to sell to a jeweller(which you shouldn't do, they will never give you what your stuff is worth).

these guys will be closed down soon, selling fake items check their file on BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. Im sorry to all who have bought items from them. it looks like you have gotten ripped off. i guarantee you'll notice less inventory because they will start to remove there items marked as 18k /10k because they are not of that quality. the owner will likely keep saying these comments are fake. but ask them for an acid test or contact BBB.org and see for self. sorry guys try and return your items if you can. i doubt they'll let you but worth a shot.

Worst jewlery ever the quality is very cheap the dollar store jewlery i bought 2 item from this jewlery 1 diamond ring and 1 diamond pendant the ring lost 1 diamond in the shipping ... and now 2 months after lost a New one for the pendant the attache to the chain just broke up and almost lost a diamond pendant 1200$and up .... scamming scammin scamming when you want a refund they dont want and they wont want repair at less go see medusajewlery in Québec for real deal jewlery and quality jewlery i got a picture of the broken pendant

AZ jewelry are thieves. Do not buy your jewelry from here. They don’t care about the customer service they give you all they care about is the money they can receive. They have been holding onto my money since October 2021 and are refusing to give me back my money or store credit. Listen people there are many respectful jewelry stores within the GTA. Do not support people who are money hungry and don't value customers. CANCEL AZ 2022 they steal money.

I’ve always wanted a nice Pokémon pendent and I trusted the people at AZ Toronto jewelry to design and custom make the pendent. I couldn’t be more happy with the way it turned out and I’ll for sure be going back and buying more chains/earrings/pendents there in the future, great and nice family that works there to very polite and easy to talk to and there always willing to help and work with you on what exactly you want with your custom jewelry!

Had a weird scenario where I was told my ring was ready so I drove 45 minutes to Az. Turned out, the ring wasn't in the building. This caused me stress. The staff wanted to make it right so they DROVE IT DIRECTLY TO ME AT 9:45PM ON A FRIDAY NIGHT. There is nothing like this kind of service. I will continue to buy from them and support them. This is the kind of jewelry store we all deserve.

I bought 2 rope chains and 2 pendants from here back in 2019 and recently I got it tested and the “10K” gold they sold was actually only “8K”. HOW CAN YOU SAY ITS REAL GOLD, when I went to gold authenticator and they said all 4 pieces I had was not 10k but 8k. AND HOW DARE YOU SAY I’m TRYING TO RUIN YOUR BUSINESS WHEN YOU ARE THE ONE FALSE SELLING!!!

Very friendly staff. Comfortable environment. Treated very well by staff the moment we walked in the door. One employee in particular was very friendly and courteous. He was quite charming and made sure all our needs were met. He went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied customers. Will definitely be back.

Hooked me up with my first ever custom grillz. After the first molding though one of the grillz tooth cap was not fitting. Molding was re-done accordingly with no issues. They were very pleasant and patient with my questions, definitely recommend!
